Placed uniquely right in front of Jelai River, you've to drive slow to avoid missing the coffee shop, no signboard in front of the shop.
Nice ambience, suitable for hangout. Serve great coffee. Recommended hazelnut latte & salted caramel latte.
Air-conditioned. Affordable price. Parking might be difficult on weekdays.

I've been told by my friend, Sidang Kopi, is the only coffee cafe in Kuala Lipis. For my cappuccino, it was awesome, bitter n foamy. The other drink is matcha latte, which is kinda average, ice latte also good. There's also a good simple nasi lemak. Price is also affordable.

It's a friendly hipster cafe in a small town near the Lipis River. They don't know our names but they are surely welcoming. The food is great too after a long drive from KL. A good stopover if you are driving to the east coast from KL.
5 star for the ambience and location. Deserved NO STAR for the way this place operated.
Seems like they are not ready to received a bussines. May be they are too carried away with the laziness movement of the town or the people of Kuala Lipis. Only 1 staff operating this place on Sunday morning but customer still waiting with patience. Management should do something.
Beatifull place, nice ambience, good coffee and food would be better with better service

Cafe experience that can be got in big city...for the area here this is one of the cafe that you can try...as the coffee bean being brewed and steamed, pure coffee can be enjoy..
The pastry and other side dish are quite good.. for the shop itself brings great experience to be in
It's about time I introduce places in my humble hometown of Kuala Lipis - about 2.5 hours drive from KL, further up north from the more famous Bentong. Not a popular destination unlike Bentong (durian, waterfall, one-day-trip) and Raub (durian). Kuala Lipis used to be the capital of Pahang during gold rush in the past but now it has slowly become a quiet town as many younger generation left to seek greener pastures in big cities such as KL and Singapore.
For many years, I yearn for a proper cafe where I can go and have a cuppa after a long day at work - not regular kopi or teh si, but espresso based coffee. Finally a group of hip Malays opened up a cafe in Jalan Jelai in 2019! I admire the works - they started from scratch where they do the interiors and exteriors mostly on their own, down to the tables.
◾Love the good quality coffee beans that they used for my long black as well as her flat white. The coffee art had seen vast improvement since day one I came here.
◾Pastries - varieties such as tuna puff, sardines puff, firecracker sausage, etc...
◾Cakes - from the awesome mango cheesecake from Kula Cakes (Kuantan) to the regular ones such as chocolate cake, cheesecake and brownies.
◾Nasi Lemak - one of the most popular items here but sadly they decided to discontinue the sale.
◾Buttermilk chicken rice - one of the best sellers.
◾ Crème brulee
Sandwiches, salads, soup and others have been added to their menu as they continue to thrive during MCO.
They have come a long way since the opening day - I'd seen them improving in terms of customer services, foods and drinks. This place has become a favourite meeting points for locals as well as trainee doctors, teachers, nurses.
Came here three times before end of 2019 but they were closed. Never tried to come again until recently and I was glad I did. The cafe environment is very nice and clean. They have quite an extensive menu even though they don’t have a kitchen. Tried their nasi lemak, it’s really good.
Their desserts are also good. I don’t take coffee, so I ordered peach tea. The barista was very accommodating as I didn’t want my tea too sweet, he made it just right.
Very friendly staff and most importantly hygienic and reasonable price! It’s my new favourite place, will come again
