Being a vegetarian in Central Asia is quite a challenge, but Sierra makes it easy for me. I love that they have so many options, from burgers to burritos. And some healthy options and delicious desserts too. I was really craving their veggieburger after my tour through the Pamir mountains. So I am very happy to see them in Osh as well!
