Enjoyable dinner, good server, very clean dining area and well maintained Salad and Hot Bar. Plenty of seating for any size party, both small and larger. On our visit, the Ice cream machine was 86ed...so no dessert bar was available. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We went in Thanksgiving Day as guests in this town. Food was pretty good for the chaos of today, and the servers were slammed. But in the midst of the chaos one server took the time to take a photo of some older folks. It was a sweet human moment in all of it. Thank you for being open, kind, and sweet! We went here for dinner with a group of around 20 people at 5PM on a Saturday. The salad bar was good. It had salad, wings, orange chicken, soup, nachos and ice cream. The food poor to mediocre, the cashier slow unable to multi task . She couldn't understand we were ordering same meal , with salad bar . We had to individually order the food. One at a tine.. Saying the same thing. She made a mistake and said " see what you made me do " maybe she was new , maybe she's been our of the workplace awhile, idk . Do not trust them. They sell New York strip steak under the guise of ribeye steak. That is crime! I made an order for my ribeye steak, mash potatoes, and extra grilled mushrooms and onions. I picked them up at the store and brought them to my hotel. When I checked my food, I realized that there were no mushrooms in my container. Instead, there was baked toast. I don't wanna cause big problems cuz it was a tough day, so I just let it be and started to eat. However, the steak was so tough that I could not chew well. At the moment, I'd like to figure out a matter of my meal. I called the Sizzler and explained about omitted mushrooms. The young lady told me you can come to pick up your mushrooms if you want. Without any apologizes. It took 5mins to get there by car, and it was heavy rain. I don't wanna my poor, and tough steak is getting cold, so I let her know I will visit 1 hour later after finishing my terrible steak. While eating, I found that this is not a ribeye steak. It seems like New York strip steak. The price of New York is $4?$ 5? cheaper than ribeye. I closed the lid of container and went to the restaurant right away. I put on a smile and talked to the manager about my steak and mushrooms. However, she said this is ribeye steak. Well... I don't think so. I complained 3 times but she didn't admit it. I felt uncomfortable and upset. A few moments later, she let me sit on the table and said we will cook whole new dishes for you. I think this is a desirable solution. That is the reason why I give two stars. When I received my new steak, that was real ribeye steak. I said to the manager yeah! this is true ribeye steak! The former one was New york steak! Hilariously, she didn't admit that mistake. Jason Rice, our waiter, was the only one waiting tables during a VERY busy lunch rush, and he was ON IT! Definitely an asset to Sizzler. He was friendly and attentive to all the customers he waited on. Great job Jason. Thank you. The spaghetti and meatballs buffet is the worst food ever. That part was gross. The steak was tough. The shrimp was good. Service is great, but the food is pretty bad. Just my thought! Very affordable though. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The salad bar isn't bad that's what I usually get here. It's been remodeled and looks better. The staff is very nice. 7/8 return visit! The staff again was super nice! The weird thing they ran out of Salmon at 5p.m. so, yo say the least my sister in law wasn't thrilled. She ordered the shrimp and said it was good but to much breading for her. We told her to order the grill ones they aren't bad. Riblete and salad bar wasn't bad and great price for all you can eat. The steak was cooked perfectly and not bad for the price. This time the salad bar was stocked and the place was cleaner then past visits.

I absolutely love this place, this is one of mine and my husband's favorite restaurants to go to...The food is amazing, the Staff friendly and the atmosphere is quite depending on the time of day you go...When we go we usually get the same server ever time...Can't remember his name but he is very friendly and he just plain out awesome...I would highly recommend this place for a date night as well.
