Was happy to be back in my hometown Barataria...Food was great reference taste and price. However the two young gentlemen who took my order had real low energy perhaps they were tired from a long day of work... hopefully next time customer service provided will be more enthusiastic!!!

Wow 👏 I had a blast. Must say 3 months now opening food and shake was awesome. Despite him being there alone and dealing with so much orders you kept your composure and didn't even crumble. To also hold fun conversations with me and my girlfriend while we wait when you were busy showed your level of customer service, promised my gf you sing for her bday next year so that's on you, lol. You will learn to sing happy birthday so next year you can hand those bday treats with a song. I enjoyed your positive vibes and your enjoyment for what you do it shone. Something you said don't matter the time you can't fine it to turn people away especially in SOE props to you my brother well done God bless you going far soon. 🤗
Endeavouring Business I may say. The shakes tasted well and unique, no Starbucks or rituals, and had lots of aesthetics but was Extremely Pricy for roadside fast food. (It's a small joint). Hopefully to be extended to business size. The food being sold looks delicious though. I didn't notice any vendors license.
Bought a fish and loaded fries and a chicken bits and fries. The chicken and fish was extremely salty, EXTREMELY. The food always looks extremely nice in photos but honestly, it’s false advertising. Sooooo disappointed. 😒
Awful customer service! After preordering shakes to pickup because we explained to the owner that we were coming from Valencia after work at 6 and would try to reach I’m time to collect at 7, we actually arrived at 6:55. Kept in constant communication with the owner to notify him of how close we were to the location, the last call being at 6:45 was to confirm the location and state that we were near to which he said that he would begin to make the shakes. No problem there. We arrived to which he said that he asked if we weren’t going back as far. I told him that my driver lives Sanger Grande. He stated that he’d reach back on time. Clearly assuming we had no other plans. He then said that sold the last ‘pop smoke’ shake & I had to choose another. Ok no problem. At 7:05 I asked how long again for the shakes to be made because it was clear he didn’t even start them. He said after he did a guy (who came after us) meal. And he didn’t know how long again till he start our shakes. He began to move slower and said “Is only one of me here inno, so I don’t know what to tell you”. We then took that as a sign to move on & be served elsewhere. In the screenshots of the owner “clapping back” on Instagram he stated otherwise, but liars always try to make themselves good. We had no problem waiting the first 10 mins, but the disrespect we experienced all while explaining the fact that we placed an order for PICK UP, is the problem.
