Poor quality food, poor taste. Never aging
I told the cashier that the outdoor area id very dirty their plastic cups and plates are all scattered because cats are play with it, he did nothing to clean the area.
Over prices for truly nothing!

Sorry I am not sorry. My experience wasn't good. Brisket had unpleasant smell plus it was super extra greasy. I will not come back again.

This place has the most delicious food (meat). They are masters in cooking following attached foods. BTW, inside is very cozy and nice.

Amazing food the atmosphere was nice and cozy the service was amazing and the food was the best part of it no matter what this is the best restaurant in KAUST no matter what I will come back again.

Ordered a double cheeseburger. Patties were lackluster. Bun was soggy. Sweet potato fries were burnt. Do yourself a favor and drive to Jeddah if you’re craving a decent burger and fries. I recommend Section-B, or Chef’s, or 19th Century.

Amongst all smokehouse restaurants, I can tell Smoked Ash, is the one and only restaurant were you can eat more than one burger and you’d be still feeling hungry due to the low fat protein they are using. Rib and brisket are magically juicy, tender and delicious.
I could never complain about their pristine and beef quality!! The only problem in my point of view, is that the restaurant is inside KAUST which is not convenient to the outsider. Overall, when it comes to a smokehouse restaurant, S.A is my all time favorite when I visit Jeddah, and I’m really hoping to see a branch in Khobar-Eastern side of KSA

My wife and I shared coleslaw, sweet potato fries and the brisket sandwich. All were excellent and we will definitely be going back again. I will highly recommend this restaurant. Great value.

Surprisingly delicious....will return without hesitation. Smoked rib is massive, tender, flavorfull , and beautifully presented. Burgers are superior too. This is the new address in KAUST town :). Hope it succeeds to last.
