Worst service I ever experienced. I wish I can put 0 stars. We were already waiting over an hour for 3 smoothies. YES, over an hour and no exaggeration. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, the workers just acted as if we didn’t exist. One of the employees had a rude demeanor and attitude so in the midst of waiting, three customers walked in and approached a worker and went behind the counter. They threatened him, cursed at him, and screamed until the police were called then they left. This disruption caused most workers to stop working and go to the back to gossip about what just occurred and this caused an even bigger delay with my wait. Every time I come here, it takes them a long time to answer the speaker (they purposely take off their headset and ignore the drive thru when they feel like it and I’ve personally witnessed this) so I usually go in and it’s even worst inside. Extremely ghetto. Never will return. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So I visited this location around 1pm 3/5/2024 and was immediately told they were almost out of everything except blueberries and bananas i believe. The employee was extremely apologetic but it also sounded it like this had been going on for a minute. I wouldve normally not wrote a bad review as things happen but this place is always out of something. I to this day have never been able to even get one of the fruit bowls because its always something missing. I fear this place is doomed as many other popular places that come in the area, the owners after a while just let the place go (and nope I dont work for or have ever worked for Smoothie King) Its just that bad and dissappointing is all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

God awful service, I don't know why I've continued trying to patronize this specific location. Third time is a charm I guess. Always a great experience at any of the other locations I've been to. The employees here will close early if they don't feel like working, then when they ARE open they run out of several key ingredients and will tell you that they can't make anything else off of the menu you choose to order. I will never come back to this location again.

October 6th 2023 This location the rudest employees. The Customer service is no existent. I called to inquire why the doors was closed and it was only 7:30pm and the hours reflect that closing time is at 9pm. I called , the employee was disgustingly rude on the phone when I inquired about the drive through ( because you can’t tell they have one it’s pitch black , the sign isn’t lit up at all ) he gave a sarcastic response. Won’t be back. I’ll be filing my complaint against this location on Better Business Bureau. Future customers : I recommend that you do the same if you have a issue .

I must say this smoothie king is horrible. We only continue to come at my sons request. Each time we come I expect a problem, because it’s always something. Either they never take your order at the speaker, then after waiting 10 min there you get to the window only to see employees in the background. To end it all you find out after 20 or so min they aren’t making what you want. This place stresses me out and it really should just close.

I grabbed 2 various smoothie cups (preferably small 20 oz.) which I ordered a 1.) Lean 1 w/ Strawberry n' 2.) Metabolism Boost added Strawberry/Banana....the BOMB !! LEAN 1 is the truth 💯 along with the right ingredients made in Flossiant, Mo of great co-worker(s) and managers!! Great Work! I had arrived twice withing the same hour that was pretty slow 🦥 at first, but then next time returning the traffic of people grew indoor (about ten to fifteen). What a great day for multiple smoothies today especially in this type of weather we ALL r having of 89° in St. Louis (North County). God Bless You ✌️

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes finally got to the window, another 10 before the worker asked for my order , then in the middle of me ordering my smoothie bowl she said hold please. Waited another 10 minutes and left. The 6 other cars left and the person that was in front of me was still waiting at the window.I should’ve read the reviews. I went to the smoothie king on Saint Charles Rock Rd. And it took 10 minutes. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Just TERRIBLE. Customer service 0/10, I waited on line for 15 minutes and as soon as I get to order, They closed on me!! Very RUDE. Hours of store 0/10, why is only Location the only one that close early??? I don’t understand that and it makes the community look bad. I love acia bowls, but why is it you are always out of the ingredients. today, you were out of fruit and the bowls to put it in. Out of the 9 times I have tried to order a bowl, I have gotten it 4 times, not going to try anymore.

I ordered ahead online. When I got there the door was locked and had to wait in the drive thru for 30 min. There was no sign saying that it was drive thru only. ONLINE ORDERS GO FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Online orders should be able to speak with a worker make sure the details are right, grab their order and go. Avoid this location.
