So I just got my Door Dash order from here I got 3 coffees and 3 burritos. I always get a large caramel macchiato with extra caramel and whipped cream. I took a sip and my coffee tasted like grease I took the lid off and it looked like this. It doesn't taste like bad flavoring and the whipped cream never leaves an oily residue . The food here is always good but this is just nasty to unexpectedly take a drink of oil and highly disappointing because I really wanted a coffee. Was looking for coffee shops around downtown Pueblo when we came across this. Menu has lot's of options, unique ones as well. I ordered a mocha, you can never go wrong with that 🤣 Unfortunately I wasn't feeling too adventurous that day, as they have a SPICY mocha 😃 The place was nice and quiet. I was super relaxed. Would love to hang around here again sometime. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The coffee was wonderful and I'm now on board with solar roasting coffee beans! The begals we had were good but not amazing. I still enjoyed it. The seating is a little cramped with it being too cold for the patio. I can't wait to go back in warmer weather and sit outside. Great experience. I love this local Pueblo Colorado coffee shop!! They roast their own organic and ethically sourced beans using sustainable practices. The food and drink menus feature locally sourced ingredients, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere has a groovy eclectic vibe. This place is like the perfect coffee experience, whether it's early in the morning or throughout the day. The food is always extremely flavorful, and the staff is always on point, they are very friendly and attentive, as well as always providing past service. Atmosphere is extremely enjoyable and their establishments are always amazingly clean! I highly recommend our local coffee shop! Really neat place in downtown Pueblo. The food, a bagel, was very good. The strawberry gratis (sp?) was nice. I had a pour over coffee. Bit weak for my taste but is was well prepared. The staff were great and the place was busy with locals. Always a good sign

Didn't go to Solar Roast but went to anaogue. Looking forward to going to the live music on Fridays nights. Staff was very informative and respectful. Was amazed at their journal section. I didn't know there was so many ways to journal.

The bagel sandwich I was able to build was very delicious! Their iced lattes were also very tasty. Staff was friendly, the environment was beautiful, and they had quite a bit of items to buy aside from food and drinks - coffee beans, stickers, etc. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Cool ambiance, wonderful building art, and nice staff. Didn’t spend much time here but I would if I had it. Coffee was good—but I don’t care enough about coffee taste to have a very relevant opinion. I’d love to sit and work here though!

Pueblo Mocha didn't taste like it had any Cayenne in it. Just tasted like coffee with some milk and some sugar. Lavender White Mocha very yummy. I haven't had lavender in a drink before. Good sweet drink. $15.50 for two mochas. ✌️😟 The coffee here costs more than that in the Denver Metro. Last I checked Pueblo is about 1/3rd the cost of living... Hope the baristas get full health insurance like Starbucks for that cost. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
