We ordered at 11:02 and waited for an hour for our food. I called twice, the first time not being answered and the second time being answered by an employee who was less than polite and offered no explanation as to why our order was taking so long. At 12 am, an hour after we ordered, I finally walked to the door to see what the wait was. Apparently they were out of certain ingredients but didn’t feel the need to let us know and instead thought it was appropriate for us to sit there for an hour in the dark. The service was absolutely appalling and no one should have to wait this long for fast food. Get better management and hire more people if you can’t get food out in a timely manner. Make an effort to inform your customers if you’re out of an ingredient. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited almost an hour for our food, reminding the workers of our order several times while also being told it was on the way. Eventually, we went inside to ask about it and were told they didn't have our food and that it wouldn't be able to be made. On top of that, the employees we talked to were not very polite. Came on a slow night. I was one of 3 cars when I pulled up and 2 more maybe pulled up while I waited. I Waited 45 mins for my food. Literally just moz sticks and a limeade. Got it and it was very cold and stale. After waiting 35 mins with no food I re buzzed in and asked where it was. They brought it out cold and said they accidentally rung it up under the wrong stall (not my fault). The fact I still had to pay for my food in full and it was cold is wild. If I could give a negative rating I would. Also they blamed it on me and said I must have moved my car… what a joke. Alex was the one who took my order and blamed it on me… check # 299. Had awful experiences both times I’ve been. Waiting 20-40 minutes for food I orders online and there being no maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. Had to move to 2 spots because staff stopped answering the intercoms. Finally left without food and without. A refund Definitely will not be going back. I absolutely despise coming to this Sonic every time that I get a doordash order or needing to stop to get my daughter something to eat because it's there. The employees are always rude and they always have an attitude like they don't want to be there. It's sad that I can only count on one hand how many times I've actually got an employee there that didn't have an attitude or wasn't rude when I pick up an order or place an order. Where do I even begin? This sonic is just not good. I’ve gone in the past, ordered, waited for an hour only for them to tell me they had no record of my order? Tried it again today and my order was wrong. The food came out right and it was pretty good - I hand a random corn dog stick in my bag which threw me off. My drinks, however, were horrendous. Every single drink order I placed (3 of them) were completely wrong, yet I was charged for my extras. Not a huge deal as it was like $16, but I would not recommend this one. They absolute worst Sonic I have ever been to I showed up and pushed the Red button set there for about 30 Minutes and NO ONE SHOWED UP OR TOOK MY ORDER....... There has been multiple times, including tonight, where I have sat and waited after pushing the red activation button but no one ever takes my order. Every time this has happened it has been before the closing time stated on the Google page. Tonight, besides me, there were several other cars. On top of no one ever have their order taken, the employees didn’t even have the decency to tell us they were “closed.” Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This Sonic is my favorite Sonic. If they have something on sale, don't get it. It will be over-cooked and ruined. I still have the awful corn dogs! The cheddar peppers were so cooked that all of the cheddar was cooked out of them! I will give 'em another chance, but this trip was a true disappointment! I’ve had an awful experience every single time i’ve tried to eat here. Either i order AND PAY for something on the app and get here and they don’t have it (such a frequent occurrence and hassle to get my money back i just deleted the app entirely), or it takes 15 minutes just to have my order taken, maybe 5 of their stalls work, and they never have the featured items.
