So I love to come here at least once a month or so I'm not a huge fan of their food, Definitely a fan of their shakes and so on... I always get the same cheesecake milkshake with the graham cracker crumbs and this may sound weird but my taste buds alert me when something is molded 🤢.. and the crumbled graham crackers that into my cheesecake shake was molded not good at all... Today my husband and me decided to go get a shake at this sonic, since we usually go there. The shake looked and smelled fine but once my husband started to drink it he said it tasted weird and off, so I tried it and it was sour, and disgusting, i almost threw up. I think you guys need to check on your ice cream, cause it was rotten. We probably wont return to this sonic for a long time after this experience or never order their shakes again. It was absolutely foul. Food: 1 Service: 3

We sat at our station for about 30mins for 2 burger combos and a side of honey BBQ chicken. Got my popcorn chicken and it has alot of saucelet spots and would say they are pretty well done, one burger was supposed to have green chilis on it and nothing, also ordered a root beer and got coke. We showed up at 9:40pm tonight. All lights were off, no one answered through the speaker box. We also called the store to let them know we were there. Wanted to just order 2 drinks. While driving away we saw two guys just standing there. Like what is going on with this location!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

have been to this location twice and both times the experience was mid. went today (9/23) for a lunch break and it took over 20 minutes for our food to get to us and all we ordered were a couple of pretzels and a small thing of chicken… I think it must’ve been sitting out for a while because the food wasn’t warm and my chicken was pretty chewy. it seems like they’re low staffed so i can understand and sympathize, but if you can’t handle both the drive thru and the parked spots, close one of them down. it was clear they were only focused on the drive through people.

Went to this location today. We ordered 4 drinks, that's it. No food just drinks. We placed our order at 3:08. At 3:39 our drinks were finally brought out to us, (the drive thru was shut down so we were parked). We paid and left only to discover 1 of the drinks was wrong. Over 30 minutes for drinks and a incorrect one? Just lame

Employees don’t know what they are doing. We have gone many times because we love cherry limeades. It doesn’t matter what day you or what time it will be a 20 min wait at least. We waited at the speaker for ten min before some one answered. They took the cars before us order so we knew it worked. We always ask for no ice and about 75% of the time we get handed drinks with ice. So we have to ask for them to fix it and they roll eyes and say I guess so. To be honest all the sonics in Loveland suck on service. Asked for easy ice and watched them shovel as much ice in as possible, pack it down, then shovel more in, they also failed to include correct order items of size and flavor. Just stay away from Sonic in general, even the worst McDonalds has better service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

just moved nearby and we love to go for late night slushes, so i was so happy when i saw that a sonic was nearby. the BIGsign that you can read from the highway says they close at ten and it was 9pm. I pressed the red button and we sat there waiting for 10 minutes and no one helped us. I looked inside and saw about four workers, none of them had headsets on and they were all just inside talking. I drove to a different kiosk and pressed the button again, thinking maybe it was broken. it wasn’t, the teenagers were just slackers at their job and decided to close early and ignore us. if the sign says 10 pm, then close at 10 pm. Not 845pm, not 9pm. If you hate your job then quit, don’t punish me just cuz i want a slushee. this sonic sucks and all the other ones i’ve been to will stay open until 10 pm. i’ll start going to 7-11 from now on cuz their slushes are bomb diggity and way better than sonic anyways Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
