We pulled into an ordering station and ordered 2 pretzels. The ordering kiosk had a slight delay on finalizing my credit card payment, but it finished eventually. The issue was that it was processing, but the screen was blank. So, I wasn't sure if it was working or not. The food came out pretty quick after that. Really, really slow. Don't use the app & tip in advance. I ordered two drinks Sunday early afternoon and waited 15 minutes. I pressed the red button and asked if they'd received my order and they said "Yep." A little later the drinks arrived and I regretted the 100% tip. I love the speed of service. Fast,Fun,Friendly I didn't have to repeat my order or explain. I love the fact when I asked for my drink a Arnold Palmer with lemons he asked sweet or unsweet tea. Most people don't ask that I'm glad he did my food was fresh and hot. I will return again thank you. The burgers are consistent and that’s what my parter likes. I like to get the breakfast burritos and those are hit and miss. Sometimes they are great and other times they are almost an empty tortilla or they are put together so the ingredients aren’t distributed throughout. The app totally sucks and since not getting my food on at least 2 occasions with no way to communicate a problem I won’t use it again. The last visit the tater tots tasted like the oil needed to be changed. All in all I would rate them lower but it’s decent for the fast food options in my opinion. Literally just picked up 4 blasts that had clearly been made with soured milk or product. Every one of them tasted like sour milk. This isn't the only time we've had bad experiences with them. You never know if the ice cream will be milk shake or solid. Mix ins for the blasts are often placed on bottom and top and never actually mixed, leaving a cup full of just liquid ice cream mix in the middle. Would stay away from this location if you want ice cream. Go to the Grapevine or Colleyville location instead. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Unfortunately this was one of those experiences where I should have went with my 1st mind. Instead I came to Sonic and was very disappointed. My fries were wayyy too salty, my large cup of sprite was full of ice barely any sprite in the cup smh at least my sausage toaster was good I guess. Every food item I receive from this place is either Luke warm or not fried til crispy at all. I get drinks and ask for easy ice and get a cup full of ice but the biggest problem for me is the food. Got cheese fries and the fries aren’t Crispy at all , they are always soggy and soaked in grease and cold. Today got a bacon egg and cheese toaster with no egg asked for crispy bacon and the bacon is soggy and almost raw, the toast is not toast at all and it is so greasy I could put it on my ashy elbows. Someone needs to fix this problem, all I get from this store is an upset stomach. If you want good food I recommend the one off of 360 and glade.

I stopped by to get my favorite drink. I paid by card from my car. Thought the price was a little higher than what I paid for a larger version the other day in Colleyville. I drove off didn't get a receipt, got to thinking about it and called them. I told them what I had and asked about the price and he said yes that's what it is. I downloaded the app and tried every combination I could and never came up with that price. Not going to do that again. I wish employees would take time to explain if someone goes to the trouble of calling to question the charges that were obviously wrong. Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Service: 1

I ordered $23 bucks worth of food at this sonic and it was missing a couple junior burgers. They brought me another bag that was supposed to have two junior burgers in it but when I got home it only had one. So I had to drive back to get the last burger. They made it right and gave me a coupon for next time but it was still a pain. Always check all of your bags before you leave. Rookie error on me…
