5.19 base price for a medium blast. M and m’s. So this thing has a teaspoon of candy and 16 oz. Of ice cream. Unacceptable. The price is not the issue here. I eat at sonic twice a week. Car hop was nice but y'all need a staff retrain. Paying $6.39+tax for a blast is highway robbery. Then you get it and it's a cup of ice cream with a spoonful of m&ms on top. You're supposed to mix the blasts. They're called mix-ins for a reason. Come on. This sonic is the worst. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

A few weeks ago, we came here and the employee never answered after I pushed the red button and we waited for quite a while. So we left. A few weeks before that, the employee answered (again after a lengthy wait) to say “the system is down.” No information as to when it will be back up or if it would be. No “sorry for the inconvenience.” Nothing. So we left. Then today we tried again and we were disappointed yet again. Pushed the red button and after 15+ minutes, still no answer. This time I was parked where I could see the two employees in the store sitting around and talking. There were at least ten cars there and the employees never even came out to deliver orders to other people. They never moved. So we left. The location on McCullough is always reliable so I guess we will go there from now on. Service: 1

Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL Immature children and tthe adults are just as bad The waiting time is also unbelievable you see the workers laughing and talking on their cell phones. I had a young lady named josilyn as the carhop and she came out holding the chili dog upside down and when we got it all the chili was in the bottom I said something and she then proceeded to scream and have an attitude. Of course I didn’t want her to go remake it because she probably would have spit in my food. She then proceeded to try to fight me while the manager just sat and laughed I called to report and the manager answered and was also rude and like she didn’t care. I have a video of the girl trying to fight me. She just better be glad my child was in the back seat

It's a hit or miss..people taking orders are extremely rude. Sometimes it's an hour wait to actually get our food. It's been less than warm several times..I've had food left out of my bags and never any sauces I asked for. Ice creams not made right.
