Dude get the app and order they it because drink are always half price and they throw bonus deals out in the app all the time. I used to pull up and order in the app and check in without ever hitting that red button. You save a ton of drinks that way. I thought I'd try the totchos a second time, and it was worse than the first. I asked for lettuce, and I got less that the equivalent of one leaf. Everything else was okay. However, the cheeseburgers had very little mayo or ketchup. Very disappointed. With costs so high now, you'd expect quality to go up, not down. Zero Star Review. Terrible service - Terrible Food. Seems every time I go here something is wrong with my order. This time my sandwich bread was clearly molded. Lots of horseplay happening. This is not the sonic to stop at in Bryan. Go to the Briarcrest location, much better service AND I've never experienced receiving bad food. Disgusting!!!

The food was delicious. Ordered tots and mozzarella sticks that were cooked to perfection. The service was just okay. Placed order and received incorrect items. My server didn't bother to check to see if my order was correct, luckily I did. You also have to ask for napkins. Why wouldn't they automatically bring you napkins? I want to send a shout out to Dave that even though my order was messed up yesterday, March 6, when I called to let him know that my order was not what I expected after opening it he politely apologized and said that he would replace my order due to the fact that I was already back at my job and I was not able to return to get it fixed he was able to replace my order today 3/7 and get it out to me hot and ready today to replace there mess up. I understand we can make mistakes but when a manager gets it corrected and knows the importance of his customers that’s what matters to me.Customer Service is key and I am so thankful for you getting it right. I am struggling to find something good to say. Overall, I am not impressed and I would not recommend. 1. I did not get all the food I paid for. 2. The sizes of what they gave me do not match what I ordered and they are all smaller than what was ordered. 3. They threw all the food into a single bag with the hot dogs open to the bottom of the bag and pouring their toppings out. 4. I had to wrangle and squeeze just to get my truck between the posts and can see they are covered with damage from other truck mirrors. 5. The receipt printed so poorly I can't even make out the phone number, if I thought calling would help.
