It's a typical Sonic, nothing fancy. Service is a little slow (I know they have problems hiring and retaining employees), so cut them some slack. Food is hot when it needs to be, and drinks are cold. This location consistently messes up our order or just gives flat out wilted or burnt food. We keep giving it a try every few months, but the exact same order at any other location is great. This one just does not care about quality. Food: 2 Service: 2

I went @ approximately 9:30PM and the young people at the drive-in were courteous. They got my food out quickly and it was all correct and super hot. The first fry I ate almost burnt my mouth! Waited 20 minutes for 2 milkshakes. The staff moved at snail speed. 3 cars left the drive thru line because the wait was so long. I waited and when she finally handed me our milkshakes she didn't even apologize. I said uhm 20 minutes for 2 shakes is unacceptable and she responded with they are training. Their app sucks but the half price drinks are great. The food is pretty standard for fast food... Except the tator tots, which are just garbage every time. Get the app for the beat pricing! Hit or miss on so.e things which is why i left off a star. Sometimes drinks are all ice and sometimes there is no ice. Also, 90% of the time when I order a pretzel, I don't get cheese!

This has to be the best sonic store in the entire state of texas. I could clearly tell even though they are short staffed that they were giving it their all. I got the number 3 like i always do and it came out hot and fresh. Also the manager Cristian is very helpful to everyone he talks to and ALWAYS has a smile when I come through.

Very dissatisfied with customer service. We went & got hot chocolates for our 2 small children we told them that we wanted the smallest size they have & that it was for small children. When we got them they were in a medium cup full to the brim & scolding hot. My husband asked for a cup of ice in which the guy replied yes sir and brought him a kid's small size cup of ice & handed it to him. We already had the ice in the car & the boy said that will be 25 cents my husband and I looked at each other looked throughout the car we had no cash no change nothing. The boy looked at us and said well can I have the ice back? In which I replied here these are too hot for my children to drink please give us a refund. The boy then rolled his eyes went inside got us the money. They lost $5 over $.25 cup of ice. They boy & other employees were laughing and looking at us rude out the window. Very rude .

This is my favorite Sonic ever. They are often short handed, which is common at most restaurants these days. We really haven't developed friendships here but they have come to recognize us and we have come to trust them. We usually get our morning drinks here every morning and often other items at other times. I feel they are genuinely giving us their best care. Yes we occasionally go to other Sonics but I prefer this restaurant over most others. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
