This Sonic location is consistently amazing. Their car hops are pleasant and seem happy to be providing good service. The food is hot and fresh. Occasionally there are mistakes but overall they do and excellent job. One of my favorite Sonic locations in the Fort Worth area. Whenever I go there, it’s always this one lady who has a attitude with me. Also I ordered food from them one night; a quarter pound double, medium tots, and a medium peach slush. And they gave me two burritos instead. I paid 13.75 for it and they did not give me what I ordered at all and they refused to give me a refund or the me the correct order. And the manager there said that if I wanted the food she would have to charge me for it. We ordered through app on Thanksgiving. It showed they were open. They were not. My husband called next day and was told he would receive refund from corporate. That never happened. Never again will I even try Sonic. Price per person $1–10

3 stars just because I loved the person who took my order on the 20th. She did everything right without any mistake. Large cheese sticks, 2 kids meal cheese burger plain , tots & cherry limeades. Well today 2/23 I only have my toddlers with me and I ordered cheeseburger plain kids meal .When I was receiving my order , it was wrong lol they legit were about to give me 2 plain burger with no cheese. I asked 2 kids meal cheese burger plain , it’s not the first time they did this (this is why I liked the other person who was working on Monday and took my order please let me know when she’s coming back so I can take my kids when she’s there). The girl who took my order today also seems like she was blaming me , like I’m the one who ordered plain burger lol. No sweet heart I’m always ordering cheese burger plain. They cancel my order without confirming with me, not knowing if my money will be back to my card today. I got chicken, chili cheese fries, a pretzel, and cheese sticks for me and my daughter to share. The only things that wasn’t disgusting were the cheese fries. The chicken was inedible. It tasted completely like oil and the chicken inside was like a brown color. They forgot the cheese for the pretzel. And the mozzarella sticks, the cheese was hard. Meal type Dinner

I love pulling into a Sonics at a non busy time, which can be rare...but when I see the stalls aren't full of cars, I make a mad dash to give them my coins. My favorite must get items: Strawberry Lemonade and Mozzarella Sticks with Ranch x Marinara dipping sauce... yummy yummy. Absolutely terrible service. I payed for My Order at the stall, and never received it. Waited 10-15 minutes for a single Blast.They took my money and refused to give me my refund whenever i never received it in the first place. Manager “Vee” was absolutely the worst. Went to this location twice within 2 weeks. Ordered via app ( no issues). Food came out on time and looks great as it should. Burger was great and cheese tots were covered properly in cheese and not short like other locations. I love my cheese tots. Didn't get a mint 😔😝. Had onions on my burger to so we all know how the rest of the day went lol. 2-11-22: tater tots have seen better days. Not fully cooked, barely cheese and 1 tot looks like its from an older order. Ordered route 44 drink, i was in such a hurry didn't realize they gave me large instead (partly my fault for not noticing right away). Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

04/02/2023 Update: My wife and I order Sonic for our family. Come home and took a bite of my burger. It was my first bite and I felt something hard in my mouth. I spit it out and was a plastic bread tie. I called them right away and told Jessica the manager what happened. I told her she need to tell her staff to be more careful. It was a chocking hazard and that I was made. Nice car hoppers and food is always fresh!
