I ordered a Sonic Cheeseburger at half price on my mobile app, it was missing all of the toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and mayo. It was a plain cheeseburger. I only paid half price, but didn't get what I had ordered. The drink I ordered was fine. Please train your employees on what to put on the sandwiches, etc. ..and please establish some quality control measures to ensure that people are getting what they are paying for. I’ve tried to be patient and have given them several chances, but I think I’m finally done with this location. Which is a shame because they are the only Sonic within 30 mins of me. The service is almost always slow. Waited almost 30 mins one time for a drink and a burger. Only saw one or two other vehicles come through while I waited. Orders are constantly wrong. Then recently, I stopped by for just a coke. I thought, surely they can’t take forever or get it wrong. And to my surprise, they didn’t. But the coke literally tasted like fried food. I don’t even understand how the taste was present within my cup of soda.
Only 5 ched r peppers when should be 6. Tater tots were over cooked. Bacon Cheddar Toaster came out on regular bun with no onion ring & burnt patty (when I pushed the red button to question, I was told "we must be out of TX toast") - I had also requested no tomato. Wanted to try new pickle fries, but they were out. They were also out of chopped onions and had a sheet of paper over their ice cream selections, so I assumed those weren't an option either - has happened before. Ordered a Rt44 Diet Strawberry Limeade, but got a Cherry Limeade - guess it's my fault since I didn't notice it on the order screen. Had tried to order ahead with the Sonic app, but they were not accepting advance orders. I love Sonic, but this was the worst experience Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
I ordered 2 supersonic breakfast burritos, an item that I've ordered dozens of times. For some reason, this time they were less than half the length that they usually are. It would be funny if it weren't such a freaking insult. I will never order from this sonic ever again

My experience today was awful, embarrassing, and humiliating. I've come to this Sonic every other week. I never had any issues until today. I ordered the buffalo chicken bites & soft pretzel twist. When I approached the window, David tried to hand me a fountain drink. I told him I didn't order that. I repeated what I asked for, mind you, he has already swiped my card. I asked him how much was the pretzel twist he told me $2.19 so I ask him if he could just give me the difference and to correct my order he said he would have to ask his supervisor which he had to call. He got back with me and told me she said "NO". I was confused about why, especially when he messed up my order, so I just asked for a full refund. He didn't want to give me a refund nor correct my order. He asked me to pull forward, and I told him he could call the police. I did not move from the window. All I wanted was my money back at this point. I wasn't sure what he told the officers, but they came like I committed a crime, and I'm african american, and he was white, so I already know how they feel about us. When the officers arrived, he said the manager did not want me back on the property they wanted me for trespassing all this over a simple order that he got wrong, it said that it took the officers being present just for me to get a full refund this whole situation was stupid. I don't appreciate David lying to the officer saying that I was belligerent. I was not hostile or aggressive. that's the reason for the trespassing. Yes, my tone of voice changed, but that was it. I never got out of character. I have never experienced anything like this, especially over a $6 snack. I felt like he abused his authority, and I get mistakes happens. It's the principle behind it. I don't care to step back at another sonic. Service: 1
I’ve been going to sonic for a while now & usually I have no problems. Tonight I decided I wanted a burger so I get an entire meal with a desert & as I’m literally drinking my slush towards the end I feel something in my mouth … it’s an entire fingernail . This is absolutely disgusting.

This place has really gone downhill in the 20 years that we've lived here. We used to come to this Sonic often, but not anymore. It's just not that good now. In their defense, the same is true for all fast food restaurants, so it's not just Sonic. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
Laziest and worst sonic that I’ve been to. I come back every now and again to try to give this place a chance, and every time it somehow manages to be an even worse experience than before. Oh and don’t say “we’re drive through only at this time” when you’re drive through only all the time. These people have the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen in food service. I was Door Dashing, and I had a chance to grap a quick bite, so I thought!!! 1 footlong Chili dog Tater Tots 1 Large Coke. I explained to the person at the window I needed the three items quickly because I was Dashing. I was very nice when I explained. I was the only car in line. 7.5 minutes later, I was on my way. Really!!!! No sense of urgency, nothing. My extra large Coke was 99.6% filled with ICE and a breath of Coke for color. Fast food isn't fast anymore. Pulled up to a stall and placed an online order, after the order was made it went off the screen and nothing... I had to press the button and he said they were only drive through. I said you need to put out some signs, I clarified I had an online order he brought it out and it was the nastiest food! The breakfast burrito was so Greasy that grease was leaking out of the wrapper and soaking the 2 napkins that were in the bag. It was so greasy that I had to throw the whole thing away before it made me sick. And when he brought out the food he said nothing.. handed me the food and walked away, no sorry we forgot your order or anything. Service Take out Meal type Other
