Sonic is amazing. Service is always good they mostly always get the order right. Food is always hot and fresh. I don't know how they do it! When I compare to other places that take forever and get it wrong. Hartsville Sonic gets it right! Only bad part is the loud trucks that go there can be annoying. Definitely a local vibe. This is why you don’t strictly hire young children to work adult jobs. How hard is it to make a hotdog? Pretty hard when your work sign says have fun 😁. This is honestly becoming a problem playing around and making sloppy food because having fun at work is what you’re all about do better Sonic! (From different sonics but as you can tell same service) this is edited because no I will not complain to corporate for something that is easily fixable without them , stop being children!

The staff is nice but need to be trained on double checking orders (was given two kids meals with no fries in the bags) and how to make a blast/milkshake. Our cups are always 3/4 full. Plus I ordered on the app and added marshmallow whip. My order was given to me, the carhop didn’t mention they were out of marshmallow whip (I had paid extra for it). I had to ask her about it she said they were out and never offered to get me a refund. Came home contacted Sonic’s customer care via email and keep getting asked for the same order info I’ve already submitted...over it.

Order a small shake with Reese's Cups. Get to the window and they pull me up to wait for a small shake with Reese's Cups!!! Are you kidding me?!?! After waiting 10 mins, and seeing cars get bags of food before my SMALL SHAKE WITH REESE'S CUPS was ready for me, I went in a hot a refund! Absolutely Ridiculous that I was even moved up to wait for a small shake!! I now have remembered why I stop coming to this place!! As I'm waiting for my refund, my shake was finally ready!!! Zero Stars

Don’t bother with any drink customizations. They won’t do it and will charge you for it anyway. Wasted money on a drink that wasn’t what I wanted or ordered. The wait times at the screens can be up to 45 minutes for the wrong order to be brought out. This was the 3rd time in a row this has happened and I’ll be going to Lugoff Sonic from now on. Food: 2 Service: 2
