Always get the French toast sticks and like to get them cooked well done! Ordered French toast sticks this morning and asked to get them cooked well done! The individual told me that the owner doesn’t like to cook the food over even if it’s requested! Told me no they won’t cook them longer! We’re the customer spending money with this company not the owner! Will be taking our business else where! The chicken sandwich I ordered was uncooked in the center. Thought it tasted weird, didn’t actually look at it till I was half way done. Never again. So to update. I did file an official complaint well before the comment below. Less than helpful. Mild apology and offered to refund the cost of the meal. Didn’t change the fact that I had horrible food poisoning and threw up for the next few days. Thanks for nothing Sonic. It's been years since we ate at Sonic. Had a great time. The food was delicious. I had the Classic chicken sandwich with tots and Powerade. My son had the SuperSonis double Bacon cheese burger with mozzarella sticks and a Sonic blast Oreo. Service was fast. And the area was clean.
