Would give it no stars if I could, Alright, we are ready to start. The drive through teller made me repeat my whole order in full, twice. The order was wrong when it arrived, we waited forever for it to be corrected. They didn't give me nacho cheese that I asked for because they said they were all out, but there's no way they don't have nacho cheese for pretzel bites they sell. We also didn't get our marinara sauce for our mozzarella sticks. Our onion rings tasted like french toast sticks!!!! What's up with that!!!!!??!?! They asked if I wanted ranch sauce then didn't give it to me when I said yes.... App also doesn't work to order online, overall, dissatisfied. Wish I didn't go to sonic, the workers were also so rude, messing up my order and treating me like they thought my frustration and dissatisfaction with the terrible and slow service was funny. Also, to top it all off, they didn't give me my receipt, so when I went to make a satisfaction review, I couldn't even put in the receipt number to let corporate know about the unacceptable state of this establishment. I usually order online, I’ve had numerous issues with this location in the past, but I am fed up this time lol I just had to write a review. I parked and put in my stall number and when my order came, it was cold! I ordered mozzarella sticks and a pretzel and the cheese inside of the sticks was so cold it didn’t resist breaking clean in half. I pressed the red button, got an answer and was told someone would be out there. Never happened, I had to get assistance myself so I asked a carhop for the manager. She went to get him and came back empty, relaying his question of what was the problem. So the manager couldn’t even be bothered to answer lol. It was really good this time. The food was hot. And we got it fast. And the person that brought it was very nice. And for once, they didn't forget my muster. Very good service. I had to repeat my order 3 times. They were out of chili 3 hours before closing. Not a good practice for a place specializing in hamburgers and hot dogs. When I got to my hotel room right across the street the fries were cold not even lukewarm. We aren’t from here and never have these issues where we live. I certainly hope this isn’t the norm. I've never had issues with sonic messing up my food but I just left there not to long ago tonight and I ordered a pretzel twist with a number 9 chicken slinger combo with fries dr pepper and a heath frozen shake and told them I wanted chz dip with my twist and honey mustered they forgot my chz dip my pretzel was hard as a rock could barely bite into it and my fries was kinda hard as well like they left them set there for 10 minutes the only good part of my meal was the chicken slinger sandwich it was fresh and hot also my drink was good and my frozen shake everything else was poor and I was setting there for 14 minutes before getting my food poor service tonight tonight was a disappointment and I work in food industry so I know how customer service should be I'm a Manger in food business so hopefully the service and food will be better next time Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our server was very friendly, and the food was great! Tried the new Buffalo chicken bites, and they taste as good as they look! The soft pretzels are amazing, and my son's burger was great too. The food at Sonic is always really good. We don't have one near us so when we saw this one we stopped in. We went thru the drive thru which had fast and friendly service. The 4 star rating is because the tater tots were not fried correctly. What I mean is they were slightly soggy and light colored. As if they weren't fried long enough. The tater tots are what people come for, and they were not good. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Update. Waited 20 minutes for cold food today. Can’t imagine why anyone would come here. Old review below Consistently.... Bad... Unfortunately Today we waited 18 minutes for cold hot dogs and cold onion rings Normally, they provide consistently cold fries. There is no time of day when you can hope for hot fries. They provide consistently lukewarm burgers. Although the management apologizes, they never offer to do anything other than having you wait again to hopefully get something fresher. Here is a picture of today’s foot long hot dog. And. I love sonic when the food is good.
