This location is hit or miss. I stopped getting food and only get limeades. Sometimes the drinks are good and other times not. Today my drink was just okay. I order in the app to get happy hour pricing. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 2

Not a good experience. The food was ok. But I asked for a turtle blast and when they put the turtle truffle i asked if it had hard chocolate in it. I said I didn't want the hard pieces. If I would have known it was vanilla ice cream with hard bits in it I would have just gotten vanilla ice cream and not spent $5.79 on it to pick out the hard peices. When I was charged .49 for water I said I didn't want the water then. I was still charged for it and had to be refunded it. Which I got .49 back. I still paid tax on it. Rarely does it give me pleasure to give a negative review. This is one of those places that have EARNED my rath. I despise this place. Time and again they fail at the simplest of tasks. The drive thru is a nightmare with no end. Pergetory. Please avoid this place for your sanity. I refuse to give them anymore chances to redeem themselves. They've had plenty already. Hopefully this place gets flattened by a tornado.

Well let's see... The most pleasurable experience for with fast is the fries. These were not pleasurable in the least. They were small portions tasteless, limp, old, luke warm, the dregs (bits and mushy pieces)of the last of the fries before fresh ones were poured in. The sandwich wasn't bad, the diet Dr Pepper was good but as I say the fast food experience is quality of the fries so I was not happy. I ordered the special chocolate mocha mixer on the app. I was about 5 minutes away. I tried entering an arrival time, and I was informed that I was too far away and to let the restaurant know when I arrive. I pulled up into a stall. I notified the restaurant on the app which stall # I was parked in.. In a few minutes a guy brings me someone else's order. He states "My bad" and goes off to find the correct customer. So I wait and wait Ok there is one car completing their transaction and takes off. So I wait and wait. I look around and I am the only car on this side of the restaurant. So, finally I walk up to the drive thru window, and this melancholy looking representative asks me what I want. I tell her that I have been waiting over 20 minutes for my mixer. She say "Oh, I'll bring it right out". 6 minutes later a carhop brings mixer. She apologizes and tells me that no one told her I was there. Mixer, hmmm see the picture. My mixer was not mixed at all. It was all vanilla ice cream with chocolate bots on top. I tried mixing it with my spoon with only moderate success. Then, to my dismay, I reached the lower part of my desert. It was inedible concentrated mocha powder. I finally found the mocha flavour that I was missing, but not in a good way. 🤢 Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

The food was decent. We ordered through the app and that actually worked very well, which we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered a fair amount of food and it came in a reasonable amount of time. Also it was 1 degree outside so it was nice we could stay in the car.

Usually this is our favorite Sonic in the Twin Cities. Unfortunately they’ve gone down hill recently. We ordered drinks and snacks from the drive thru, and when my wife tried her drink she said something is horribly wrong. Her Coke Zero with chocolate and cherry had chocolate milk in the drink. Receipt has no store number to fill out the survey. Highly unfortunate and hope the quality improves soon! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20
