Best Japanese food in South Cotabato. The ramen isn't generic at all and the sushi is very enjoyable. I do wish their futomaki had more stuff in it but that doesn't take away from the fact that the menu offers more than just generic Japanese-like food. This is legit! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
Found a new favorite! Great food that's fairly priced and very fast service. Everything we had today was delicious and ate/drank with satisfaction. Compliments to the chef. Will be back to try more things on the menu. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The place is walking distance from KCC and ACE which I find very convenient specially because I like walking. The food is sooo good! The Shoyu Ramen is just the right amount of savory and flavorful and the sushi is very fresh. 100/10 would visit again! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
My favorite Japanese restaurant in Koronadal! Love all their dishes especially their Salmon Sashimi! Oh and the service is great too! Thank you so much!!!! 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience coz among all the Japanese restaurant I've been in Koronadal, Sougyoku ang may pinaka maraming choices of food. The nabeyaki udon is a must try! it is very soothing. Prices certainly reflect the experience, well worth it coz you can only experience authentic Japanese cuisine here. I certainly recommend this restaurant to those who are looking for high end Japanese food.
Sougyoku is a tiny diner that serves Jaoanese food prepared by a Japanese chef. The cozy resto is located along Zulueta St. corner Abad Santos St. In the City of Koronadal, South Cotabato. It is right beside a Korean grocery and across a Takoyaki stall, making the area a mini- Asian spot. The food selection at Sougyoku is quite extensive ranging from the common Japanese fare to the not-so-common ones. They offer cold soba, cold udon, and they can prepare shawanmushi upon request. Their ramen selection is also quite impressive. Food tastes great, you don't feel short-changed.The price of food is very reasonable and service is fast and efficient. The crew are friendly and courteous. If you get lucky, you get to chat with the Japanese chef and/or the Filipino owner who is a Koronadaleño. This is definitely worth visiting when you are in Koronadal. Irashaimase!!!!

Satisfied with the food we ordered. It was just like eating in Japan. We ordered Udon, Ramen, Sashimi, Cheesecake, Chahan and Ebu Tempura. Now I know where to go to for my Udon and Cheesecake cravings.
