Norris makes the best sourdough bread I have ever had. He is also so knowledgeable on the healthy ingredients he uses. The cranberry is a favorite of mine. Actually have never had any of his breads I didn’t love.

Noris is for real! I so admire his dedication to quality, nutritious, and wholesome breads. Grateful for his providing us with superb products. Try his pizza crust…game changer. Oh, and his pumpkin bread makes the best French toast ever! Love his weekly specials, too. His sprouted rye makes an amazing Reuben, especially a vegan variety! Thank you, Noris!

This is the absolute best sourdough I have ever had. All organic and the highest quality ingredients. I am so happy I found Sourdough Delight. Noris is so knowledgeable and is a true magician. I highly recommend. You will never buy another loaf of bread from the grocery store again. Don’t forget to get the pizza crust either. You won’t be disappointed. If I could give 10 stars I would. This is the bread you would make if you had the time to make your own bread. It is fabulous and healthy, a true treat for your family. He mills his own flour and grows some of his own ingredients. Truly one of a kind, nothing else out there is like this. Everything I have tried has been a delight (BTW, his pizza crusts are phenomenal).
