Thank you, very delicous meal, had the famous butter chicken, very nice, comfy seats snd reasonable price. Easy too access with plenty car parks and variety too choose from. The staff could have been more friendly like the last lady mentioned, but I absolutely will revisit as the food was worth it. Staff service has improved after owned by new owner. But food quality still bad. I have ordered dal makhni, which was absolutely disgusting, no spices at all. I think chef is absent minded. Also, tried FlUDA , which was full of water with half scoop of icecream.. have no words to describe its stupid preparation. Last but not least, their serving dishes, not comfortable at all, too small . Not recommended this restaurant. Very bad experience all the time. I would have visited atleast 4 times ( I have landed Newzealand 4months before)to this restaurant in Hastings. I have always noticed them serving all the customers except my family. They keep delaying it. Yesterday it was heights of Ill treatment. They served my daughter an old dosa. I don't even know when they prepared that. My kid did not allow me to ask them. She was scared. She was hungry too. So I kept mum. This is the best curry i have ever eaten in New Zealand. The service from the young fella is excellent! If you're South African and like Bunny chow, this is the place to go. You'll never buy takeaway food from anywhere else again. This place needs more advertising! Please spread the word and bring family and friends to enjoy the wonderful food and service. Thank you for bringing Durban curry to Hastings! 🙏

Tight as hell they have all this food already prepared and the dishes they give are super small, being in a predominitly Maori town, where people like to spend less get more kinda thing,wouldn't you want them coming back weekly 🥴..these guys are tight as hell.. drinks in the fridge are over priced and so Is the food, and the food isn't even that great, one of the worst in town sorry to say. Dont recommend you go there, go to Bollywood or paanj Tahara..cheaper food bigger dishes. Unhealthy unhygienic,bad customer service get out of the food business if it's just about money for you! There is clearly no love for food in spice-traders.possibly food poisoning could occur.
