Thomas is a treat to Basalt. Sells ebikes and kids bikes, helmets and clothes. And Ice Creme! He also can service your bike to keep you riding

Want to support a local business? This isn't the one. When asked about purchased bike not being shipped. I got thrown mean insults for asking. Asked for a refund since it was inconvenient for Thomas to ship bike in a timely matter. His bullying reply was court and lawyer action on his behalf. Bike received was damaged. Thomas refuses to answer calls and texts. Went from his insurance claim stating he deemed bike unrideable do to future corrosion, to put a sticker over the chipped paint. To neglecting to handle the issue. Wouldn't refund bike or send money to repair. He does business like he doesn't want to sell a bike. Follow his lead and DONT purchase a bike from him. He insults anyone that isn't from Aspen and not super loaded. Being hit a by a truck riding my bike was less traumatic then dealing with Thomas. Save your mental health and get a good bike somewhere else. Also he's not open during hours posted call and get an answer before you drive there.. word around town
