Food is awful. I have ordered char kuay tiow, the prawn served not fresh in fact smell badly. The speed to serve meal is terrible slow. Strongly not recommend to have meal here. Please help to cascade the message to Management. If you don't be serious in F&B. Please close down the shop. Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 80–100 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

For a hotel with many stars, service is horrible and the last year's dropped down dramatically. They close kitchen at 19:30 and later you have no chance to eat. Sad for a place that tries to seem to be luxury, but it is becoming close to abandoned....
