Love this place fantastic food and absolutely great customer service definitely recommend.

The wait time is atrocious. Easily an hour just to get appetizers. Then about 30 minutes in they’ll ignore you on drink refills. The owners are in every night but get fed as soon they walk in even if other customers are delayed. They don’t care. Used to be a great place. But when your the only game in town. Then i guess the hell with customers

This was definitely one of, if not the worst dining experience. Although I had already been told by a few other people of the unsatisfactory service time and food issues I, decided to give it a try, and was extremely disappointed. The wait time for the food was almost an hour and the order was wrong, as well as missing items. To top it off, I forgot my $60 electronic cigarette on the table when we left, and when I called about it, I was told that it was "thrown away with the food" that was left. On a previous visit, my card was not returned after closing my tab, and when I asked about the cameras, I was told that they didn't know how long the footage was stored and then lied to about the cameras angle of view which would have conf that the card was not returned, which I confirmed with pictures of the cameras. My card was used the next day for an online purchase which was declined for lack of the pin number. Granted I was quite intoxicated that night, hence why I was unaware of my card not being with the receipt, it is still not excusabl

The service was awesome. The food was okay. The portions were big. The prices were on par with everyone else. But at Squeaks Club in St John Kansas you really feel you belong and part of the family. Will definitely go back.
