Stopped here for some coffee on a long drive... ample parking nearby in spite of peak CNY travel. There were a lot of people and there was a bit of a wait and queue, but the staff were lovely and friendly. There is outdoor seating that was pleasant and breezy. Quite a welcome rest after a long tiring drive.

Even though he was working alone, he managed to recommend me which drink to take which could allow me to adjust sweetness. The Toffee Nut Crunch Frappuccino that never disappoints!
He also managed to notice my sister and mother who was picking up the Holiday Pack. He kindly offered to show us what was inside the pack and allow us to test the taste of the biscuits. He did this while there was a queue. I mean if it were me, I would think I might be too busy to handle and it’s okay to be less attentive.
But he didn’t. He made the drinks himself, heated the food himself, reloaded my card, handled payment, helped me wrap up gifts for others, helped me take extra ice, served the taster to our table, while also attending to two other customers. And he was totally cheerful and happy throughout the process.
Impressive!!!
The biscuits from the Holiday Pack is tasty. 👍🏻❤️💪🏻

The worst starbuck i ever go. RUDE STAFF. And i hope i get REFUND for my both coffee. NOT FRIENDLY at all. The whipped cream turn to yellow. Its not good at all. Before one of the staff bagi air dekat i. I nampak dia pump whipped cream dekat bawah tempat tersorok. Why ya ? Then when I realized the whipped cream turn to yellow. I dont ever get the drink of what i have been paid. Sendiri geli nak minum kalau whipped cream macam ni 😇

It would be appreciated if the staff could maintain a more customer-friendly approach. If there are staffing issues, it might be advisable to consider temporary closure to ensure a smoother customer experience. Additionally, I observed a lack of patience in the attitude of a male barista while taking orders. Your attention to these matters is appreciated.

Didn't expect Starbucks in R&R. An individual place and not much people here.
It's just next to the toilet and before the petrol station, with parking lots. However no drive thru, but still the best place for long distance driver.
