Enjoyable coffee shop, recommend preheating cups before serving to maintain the warmth of espresso. Despite requesting cup preheating, they mentioned it's not a practice they follow. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The worst Starbucks. Very bad service. Rude staff. Tasteless Frapp. I ordered Java chocolate frapp and waited many minutes for my turn. They gave me a Mocha frap. ‘I ordered Java chocolate frapp’ i said in a nice and friendly way. The lady who maid my ordered reply ‘did you ordered two?’ She reply. ‘No,just a Java chocolate frapp’ I said. They were talking something about my order and never said anything to me. They gave me a look as if saying its my fault. After waiting long for my order, i got another MOCHA frapp. I didnt say anything and walked away. The frapp was tasteless. Very bad service especially today. 4 working but had to wait more than 25 min for my coffee. Talking and laughing amongst them all the time without taking in account the customers. All the tables very dirty including the floors. Not paying attention to the orders and putting them wrong.

It's a loud buzy Starbucks, the service is OK at best and the coffee is on par with the brand. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

It's Starbucks. I've been to Starbucks a handful of times around the world and this visit was just as good as the others. I usually pop in during the holiday season and they always have an interesting selection. This Starbucks location is right next to McDonald's in the Kvadrat mall.

It's a Starbucks... nice location on the ground floor of the northern end of Kvadrat, juat underneath the foodcourt. Central location near McD and Vinmonopolet. Decent amount of seating, but Kvadrat is known to be generally crowded on weekends and close to seasons like christmas so don't count on there always being available seating. Quick service, correctly staffed, no fuss, clean location as demanded by Kvadrat.
