Used to be really good, but the new staff is just bad. Ordered a matcha Frappuccino it tasted like water and I ordered vanilla with it no taste of vanilla at all. One lady got our order wrong twice aswell and charged us extra. Waste of money. I won't be going back even though it's convenient. Very disappointed by the drinks recently. Honestly my top 2 favourite Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and today I got given my coffee with a cute Friday message on and it honestly just added to my day! They always get my order right which not everyone does since I only drink oat milk and not cow milk but they’ve been super great in getting it right. They’re also friendly and really sweet. Worst Starbucks ever. There is always an issue, system is down, machine needs cleaning, don't have milk (THEY ARE LITERALLY IN A CHECKERS), milk is burnt, coffee is weak. Very conveniently located to us but will have to travel further for decent coffee.

The male barristers are absolutely perfect. Absolutely amazing. However recently ordered from Ntabee the lady a grande with oat milk, she gave me a venti with cows milk (I am extremelyallergic). We were going on a long trip, I grabbed the coffee went to the car we hit the highway I saw I had the wrong order. Just horrible.

Nthabee has bad customer service and she's rude...this morning while customers where waiting for the machine to turn on due to load shedding,her adress was so off that one guy ended up leaving without his coffee. I asked her to heat my venti hot chocolate and Lord she says to me "I can't do that because the machine decides " took it and left,the hot chocolate was cold cold cold...so unacceptable really...if she doesn't want to serve,she must not work at a place like Starbucks...she ruined my morning. We’ve ordered a caffe latte, americano, chocolate brownie, chocolate cake and cheesecake through uber eats from Starbucks Olivedale. . Best cake we’ve ever had. The coffee came in proper take away cups and was still hot Service Delivery Meal type Other Price per person R 100–150
