The staff has no customer service. The drinks and food are never made as the customer requests. For example, I ask for no bacon on my sandwich and I get bacon. I asked for extra shots on my drinks and don’t get it. The only positive thing I can say is that my mobile orders are always ready when I get there. They won’t be right, but they’ll be there. I know… first world problems, right? Perhaps but customers should get what they pay for especially at these Starbucks prices. Hands down the worst Starbucks in the history of Starbucks. I have been a fan for my entire adult life. I am 57 years old and this place is the worst one EVER . Starbucks needs to close it. Waited for it to open and they were too busy gabbing to open for ten minutes past its opening time. Then I waited in the riding line for several minutes after that. And then they were out of pumpkin spice and IT IS OCTOBER. This place so needs to close. Don’t ever go here.
