Friendly staff and not too crowded. The "venti" capuccino is actually large like it should be. I'm used to smaller sizes for everything in Europe And bonus points for contactless payment by phone ;)

Untrained personnel. Manager approved to put back for serving a slice of chocolate cake that dropped on the floor. Fortunately they will not catch me there soon.
