great service just like your average Starbucks only issue is the location, it's off a one way so you can't turn right coming out and going in it's a fight squeeze if you're in a big truck. Today my kids and I went to this new Starbucks after all the hype it got. I ordered a cappuccino and when I got the product it was not what I ordered at all. I told the barista that it wasn't what I ordered and she was very rude and kept arguing with me and all she offered to remedy the situation was add milk to my drink? Not even to remake it or make something else. I was very upset that we waited in the line, paid the outrageous prices, only to get a drink that was awful. I will never go back to this Starbucks, maybe Starbucks in general. I am now a loyal Dutch bros customer! Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

It was my first time in this store with high expectations cause I’ve never had a bad experience at any Starbucks before. I went with my grandmother on Wednesday, the cashier was really friendly, he helped my grandma to choose her drink and also spoke really good spanish (cause my grandma doesn’t know english) i don’t remember the cashier’s name but he was really nice, even if the place was kind of crowded. In other hand, the baristas were not that friendly… they gave us our order and my grandma didn’t like the coffee because it was too strong for her, so she talked to them in spanish and the baristas looked at her in a very derogatory way and didn’t say a word to her. I expected that they would tell her that they don’t speak spanish but as i told before they didn’t say nothing back, so I had to intervene in the conversation to told them to put some sugar in my grandma’s coffee. I don’t know if the guys weren’t in the mood but it’s not an excuse because the cashier was friendly as i told before. Also the coffee didn’t taste good like any other Starbucks stores. It always runs out of everything. Can’t never place an order online. Very long cues on weekends and only one person taking orders. Employees not welcoming either laughing with each other or looking overwhelmed with how busy they are.There is always a problem , either the ice machine broke , runs out of syrups , whipped cream, milk or toppings,poorly stocked, poorly run Starbuck store .9 out 10 it always disappoints .

Made it at 8:45pm to get some merchandise all the way from Harlingen and they said no they were closed but had a line with about 2-3 people ordering drinks still. Wow worst starbucks ever Service: 1

Stopped by the stores and while there I picked up some coffee, excellent staff, there was a line, we were served quickly. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Very crowded day. The employees were very friendly and went the extra mile to help every customer. The place only has 2 high tables and one low. It's a small Starbucks, but it could use more chairs and tables. Even outside there were not tables and chairs, unless you go to the food court.
