Horrible crew. Walked in, no one asked if I was helped or could If they could take my order. I was about to walk out and go across to Panera when somebody finally noticed that I was waiting there. So I put in my order, grande Americano with ROOM for cream and a banana pecan loaf warmed.
My my coffee came first, girl behind counter didn't even call out name, had an attitude when I asked. Since there was no creamer on the counter, I stood there, again, no one asked if they could help. So I had to grab their attention, again, just to ask for creamer. And there was no ROOM for coffee creamer when I opened the lid.
Everyone had some kind of attitude, these ppl seem miserable and just hate their job. I even tipped them 20%
Never again going to this place.

One lady this morning was nice and pleasant. The other lady working was full of attitude. Asked if my drink was a long shot and she said "no it wasn't written on the cup." Well, it actually was written on the cup and I ordered a long shot so even if it wasn't there isn't a need for the attitude. I'm generally a laid back person when it comes to service jobs but the attitude was obnoxious, especially so early in the day
The girls that were working here this morning (05/04/2023 - 8:34am) were super rude and full of attitude for literally no reason to me. Might want to reconsider who is working there.

I give this Starbucks 2 and a 1/2 maybe 3 because the employees that work at these places sometimes don't have the best attitude they're not friendly and I have been to more than one in they are all the same for some reason too busy to talk or grouchy or not wanting to help people properly with a smile. Starbucks in general is always great that doesn't change the coffee's And Frappuccino is are phenomenal... But the employees need an attitude change don't expect to get a smile all the time or friendly conversation
