I hauled a Iced Almond Decaf Americano when on the travel before my flight and needed to squeeze some laptop work time in. An efficient and friendly service, paired with super yummy Coffee in a cosy, laidback and comfortable environment. This joint closes a little early in my opinion, to say it's the only place open before check in and security.
As always from Starbucks, a consistently easy and pleasant experience when grabbing a cup of Joe.
The service was very bland from Britney. Very cold attitude when the drinks were almost 8 dollars. I'd expect a friendlier customer service. She needs to work at TSA instead of Starbucks. As it is, I don't buy at Starbucks as often as I used to because of the price, now the customer service at the airport needs some improvement. I did receive my order fast, and the transaction was quick. The counter for the condiments / napkins was very dirty and sticky.

Both the baristas were very rude and ignorant. They also did not have any blenders working and they only had one espresso machine working. While the technician showed up to fix the blenders. The barista just sat there and watched him work the whole time instead of working on beverages or anything. The woman working at the front was absolutely rude and disrespectful. They do not let you pay with the Starbucks app or with a card on the app either. Instead of just politely telling the customer the just grabbed the scanner from the table and pulled away from the customer to say "nope, that won't work". They are extremely slow, extremely quiet, no eye contact and when spoken to by a customer they are completely ignorant and don't even acknowledge you. Absolutely disappointment. Especially in an airport and especially in a big city.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to the team who was working the morning shift of October 1st! The wait was about 45 minutes. As you can imagine, they all were working NONSTOP and dealing with rude travelers. The staff stayed positive and kind. The quality of the product did not slack and it truly was one of the best coffees I have had! Thank you for your hard work!

Simply awesome just like all other Starbucks! I spotted this location on the baggage claim level,
Terminal 3 next to the elevator. It’s such an ideal stop for hurried travelers looking for a boost, as well as those who wait for their family.
I ordered a venti coffee frappe with triple shots of espresso, double scoops of matcha powder, and topped it off with sweetened whipped cream. My coffee came up fairly fast, and it was delicious.
Since it is at the airport, the prices are a little higher than most standard Starbucks, but the convenience makes it well worth it; and that’s what counts!
The staff is friendly, keep things pretty neat and clean. Service is definitely fast! They know how to keep the line moving quickly. There are also some seating if you want to sit and enjoy your coffee.
This Starbucks is forever packed, but it’s a great spot a quick and refreshing drink while on the go.
