40 minutes in the drive through line today...I watched the lady behind me smoke 3 cigarettes, never, not even in California have waited this long. Then they still handed me they wrong drink. All they said was "sorry we just got backed up". Wow! Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I avoid this specific Starbucks at all costs because the music is so terrible and loud that I can’t enjoy my book and coffee in peace. No matter how many times I ask they say that they aren’t allowed to turn down the music. No other Starbucks is like this. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Went through the drive-thru, guy kept interrupting (i.e. giving a name for the order & he kept talking over). Never given a total, so didnt have quite enough on the app - which I could've reloaded easily via app had i actually known the total but wasn't given the chance. Woman at the window was unbelievably rude. Service: 1

Visiting Prescott stopped at this Starbucks. Kira was very sweet and friendly. She took the time to figure out what I was wanting, and came up with a custom drink. ( I do not normally come to Starbucks) We returned the next day hoping to find her but she had just left. Adrian heard me asking for Kira. He said she left but he would try to recreate the drink. Both employees deserve customer service awards.😊 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went through the drive through like I always do. Ordered a specific coffee that I customize and the lady working the drive through said they couldn’t make it the way I asked. Funny thing is I’ve ordered it the same way for over a year. To top it off she said the same thing last time and I corrected her and they made it. She stated it was “a pain” to make it and that’s why she said they couldn’t do it. All other Starbucks never have a problem making my coffee how I ask. The “background” music at this location is always oppressively loud, offensively bad, and despite multiple requests to reduce the volume or change the radio station, the staff will not. When asked the reason given was that the store’s policy is to have the volume that loud so that patrons could not eavesdrop on neighboring conversations. Really. Possibly the worst ambience of any Starbucks location out of the dozens if not hundreds I’ve been to.

Very, extremely kind people! Amazing customer service. They seemed very busy, which is why I understand their prioritization on drive through (the line was huge!) I really didn’t mind waiting a little longer when I came inside, but my drink was very different from what I ordered (wrong milk, wrong size and a missing component). I drank it anyway since they were so sweet, but I rather wait longer and get the right drink! All love, you guys are doing great!

Waited in line for over 45 minutes. I ordered a machiato and a sandwich. Sandwich was ungodly with how dry it was. And the coffee I ordered extra sweet and with almond milk, which they used regular milk and was super bland. Do not recommend Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20
