Gentleman known as Sunshine and his colleague Ryan truly reminded me of the standard for Starbucks customer service. There isn't enough space to talk about it. Friendly Knowledgeable about their product and even history of the product (most impressive!!!) Compassionate. Great suggestions. I promise these two can teach a master class on customer service. Total bad service gave her drink to someone else made us wait a total of 25 minutes to correct everything and still made a big deal like if it was our problem, literally found the way to ruin my Saturday. The guys name is Eric Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a venti cold brew infused with caramel and salted cream foam and it didn’t have any caramel flavor and they just out sweet cream foam on top. What a waste! My berry hibiscus refresher was extremely translucent. I think they made it with water instead of lemonade even though I requested the latter 👎🏾

Amazing and friendly service, super fast and yummy drinks. This store is always equipped and ready to serve customers (as opposed to the drive-they store less than a mile away lol). Shout out to all the night crew baristas. Night crew is so amazing and makes the best drinks!

What I wanted was not available any longer because it was a Holiday special. They suggested something close to it When they had it ready they asked me to try it and said that if I wasn't satisfied they would make me something else.
