Let's face it we are in a time of being short staffed everywhere and things aren't always the way we want as customers. But this place really goes above and beyond for their customers. I have always gotten my drink in a timely manner, but I am also patient when things get busy(sorry but I know half you customers are not). The staff is lovely and it takes longer because they want to make your coffee right and that's how it is everytime! Told me they couldn’t do Frapuccino’s I was in the drive-through. Went inside watched them make one for a customer inside. I called them out on it, and they told me to leave. Congratulations, do you think you’re going to get hired any other job with your entitlement? Good luck!

I came here daily during my recent camping trip and this location is pretty good. Wait times can be a bit lengthy, but my orders were always made correctly and baristas were friendly. It gets pretty loud in here, but that's the fault of the patrons and not the employees. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

No screen to confirm order in drive through. Messed up order only giving me one of the two matcha I ordered and paid for. Had to wait for another to be made. Ever since Starbucks started doing the call in orders it seems like they have been pretty chaotic Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

A couple years ago this place was so well run. I went in every morning and got the best coffee and the staff was awesome. I moved away for a year and came back, and now this is the worst Starbucks ever. My drink is horrible EVERY morning and no one cares. The staff is terrible and when you meet the manager you know why. 6 bucks for a cup of coffee and you might as well be at a gas station getting coffee. The manager needs to (besides be a different person) teach his employees how to earn tips. These people are supposed to be baristas. I do have to say I went in the evening one time and got a good cup of coffee and a better experience. This just might just be the morning staff/manager. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
