The Barista tossed the sugar packets at me on the counter and had the nastiest attitude. My drink was made incorrectly (no caramel in the Caramel Macchiato) and when I went back for it to be correctly, she probably dumped way too much caramel in the cup. What a horrible person to be representing such a wonderful brand. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Went in with my wife to get a simple coffee with cream. Same order for both of us. NO CREAM ADDED by the employees. This wasn't a simple mistake. I watched them "add" cream to both of our orders with the employee asking their supervisor if they added enough. It was a lie and a scam. Very bad look for Starbucks. My current review.... I love the staff. They always work with me on my special order. Have been disappointed though the last 4 trips because they don't have my "cinnamon dolce" flavoring... Makes me super sad because I can't have my "Cinnamon Roll Frappuccino" without it. And NO substitutes work either, sadly. It's not through lack of their trying tho. I hope they get it in soon. Makes me sad. I miss my drink.... 😭😭😭😭 My review from 5 months ago..... Way better this time versus my last visit of paying $18 for our coffee, that was horrible!.... Guy actually took the time to look up the order since he didn't know he could make it correctly. & it was perfect. There should be no shame in looking up how to properly make something if you aren't 100% sure because it's someone else's money paying for it. He also received a tip for taking the less than 30 seconds to make sure the drink was prepared correctly so that the customer walked away happy...
