Had a fantastic in-store experience at Starbucks today. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring a quick and smooth service. The beverages were delicious, and the overall atmosphere was inviting. The seating area and restrooms were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive vibe. A great spot for a quick and enjoyable coffee break! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely the worst Starbucks ever. Newbie cashier could barely take my order (not her fault) due to her inexperience. After waiting 15 min I was forced to (politely) interrupt a group employees discussing break times only to discover they never started my order. Then no acknowledgment of mistake. Not so much as a "Sorry." To add insult to injury their playlist is show tunes. Sudbury, you deserve better. Service Dine in Meal type Other Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited twenty minutes for two food items and a drink. Boyfriend who was waiting while I went to cvs was told “food was really backed up” but then they gave us ice cold food…. After it was allegedly in line to be warmed up. Drink was completely wrong even though it’s not a complicated order and it tasted like water. Last time I came in I was given a hot drink instead of iced (it was a cold foam drink….) I asked for it iced then I was given another wrong drink but I didn’t want to take time away since there were six other people waiting for their wrong orders. A woman next to me said, “yeah they haven’t been on their A game in months” and I think that about sums it up. I haven’t had a close to correct drink made for me since they remodeled or a drink made in less than 20 minutes. Will be driving to Framingham or Marlborough from now on…. Finally someone who understands what an extra dry cappuccino is! Just watching him I knew it was going to be good. And when I picked it up and felt how light it was, I knew it was extra dry. I asked if he would train all the baristas in the proper making of an extra dry cappuccino.
Friendly team and beautiful space but it’s constantly the longest I’ve ever waited at a Starbucks each time I come. They rarely call out names for drinks so sometimes people are waiting while they’re drinks are sitting there melting and you constantly have to go up and check. Easy Suggestion as well: customers can’t sit comfortably because the paintings are hung too low, raise them by a foot or so, then customers can actually sit on the benches! It should be a severe red flag to any and all of you that countless reviews mentioning store manager Richard have been deleted over the last month. To deliberately alter, remove, and censor reviews that speak to Richard's harassment of customers, specifically females, and the sorry excuse of the store (trash everywhere, moldy food, coffee that tastes like it was wrung from a wet mop) is really troubling. Starbucks: be better, do better, and to continue to have Richard at the helm is a strong signal that the safety, well-being, and experience of your customers matters not to you. Do you really want to drink your coffee and eat your morning bagel in a store that smells of stale cigarettes and illegal drugs? Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered 2 drinks. My name was called for one. We waited for the second drink and waited about 4-6 minutes. The drink was made 5 minutes before and put off to the side waiting for my drink which I already picked up. I went to the pickup counter and asked if one of the drinks already prepared was for me. The server checked and in fact the drink was there. I had told the server we had been waiting and his response was flippant, his coworker should not have given me my drink until both were prepared which is fine but as a service rep he should have apologized for the inconvenience at a minimum. They really need to move the location across the street. For some reason people at this location regularly park in the fire lane and wait for their drinks. It’s daily, acceptable behavior in Sudbury. Aside from that, the baristas here are fantastic and my drinks are always amazing! Sometimes they take a little longer than I’d like but I really appreciate the barista that works in the afternoons. He tries to get to know customers and gives off great energy. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
