The staff and coffee here are awesome, always fast and friendly - I go there despite a Starbucks that was just built on the corner by my house last year. Lu Ann, Marilyn, Lauren, Lisa - all great people. Yes I know all their names. Don’t judge me ☕️ 🤣 Thanks for the wonderful service! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Always great service here. I went to the target just to grab starbucks. Got a vanilla mocha and an iced latte. Taste awesome and they were made quick despite someone being trained.

Slow service, tried to pay with Starbucks app but was unable to do so and paid with card instead, unable to collect points. Cashier was not able to resolve and told me to call 1800 number Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This Starbucks has a high turnover but they have to battle with rude foreigners a lot. They offer reliable services despite being condescended to. They consistently get my orders accurate and are polite. I think if there were a bossier manager the rude customers would learn manners.

Great staff and great drinks. I try different flavors here and there and they never disappoint. Brittney has a wonderful attitude. We loved it. Made us feel like family. 👍

My husband and I just got two awesome beverages here. Luann was the Barista working and she was training another girl at the same time. Our drinks were made perfectly and delicious. She's doing a great job! We'll definitely come back to see her when we're in the area. 👍

Must say I am very impressed with this Starbucks. I went to Caribou up the street to get a jug of coffee for a work meeting at 12:00. I came in at 11:25 and the rude barista said you need to give us at least a 30 minutes heads up (I was 35 minutes before the noon time I needed it lol). She told me she could do it but needed 20 minutes (no big deal). She runs my card to only come back 5 minutes later saying they had no jugs. What a joke! I was refunded and I left. I went to this Starbucks and the barista greeted me with a smile. I asked for a jug of coffee and she told me it will be FIVE MINUTES! (How about that?) They hooked it up with their carrying case and I couldn't be any more impressed! I asked the barista if they needed a heads up call for jugs of coffee. She told me no you can order that anytime without a heads up... if you're ordering 5 jugs maybe give us a heads up so you don't have to wait 30 minutes (great answer). Really impressed with this Starbucks! Whoever the training manager is she rocks! Give her a raise

This is not a full-featured Starbucks in the sense of having all available drink options. For example, I asked for sugar-free mocha syrup but learned that they didn’t have that, nor did they have heavy cream (only whole milk). In addition, there was only one employee working both bar and register at the end of the day, which did not seem like optimal working conditions for that person.
