I ordered using the mobile app, but it didn’t matter, because they made at least six peoples order ahead of mine after I walked into the store. The staff was not super friendly, and the drinks were actually made differently than at other Starbucks. My husbands Java chip Frappuccino had way more chocolate syrup than normal, and my iced pumpkin cream latte did not have any pumpkin spice on top. Relatively tasty drinks, but seemed way sweeter than normal, so lacking the balance that they usually have. Sidenote – the staff had to deal with glaring sunlight in their eyes, and I feel like somebody should try to fix that for them because that could be really exhausting to have to deal with every day.

This is the worst Starbucks I ever had. I had a very bad experience with the service that they provided me for the first time in Starbucks location this one was awful 😖 I ordered a coffee with 5 cream and 5 sugar, and they only put little cream so I ask for sugar and the lady said that they keep it in the back so she wasn't very happy when I asked for more sugar they should have in the front so the costumer can get it... then I asked for a Turkey egg sandwich, but they said that I only had turkey bacon and that I had to order one of the breakfast sandwiches so they could take out the pork sausage... I was not very happy with her nasty attitude... they should be more respectful with the customer if they are not happy with their job they need pick a job that they liked and not trying to bringing the bad attitude to work.

This Starbucks’s ovens weren’t working, so half their menu was unavailable. Given it was New Year’s Eve, I didn’t give this a one star. The employees were also taking about how they were on long shifts and needed to go home and shower. What kind of shoddy management runs this place? Take care of your workers and fix your ovens guys.

It is 10:55 Friday 12/9/2022 never been here before I stop for air and I went in here for a coffee. Don’t know much about Starbucks so I asked the lady that I wanted a nice iced coffee. let me tell you the best iced coffee I ever had. I don’t remember her name but she’s the best. Thank you so much.
This Starbucks was ok I order a sandwich and it wasn't the best,or should I say not what I'm use to receiving from Starbucks which is normally the best
The clerk taking our orders was quick to tell me they couldn't take payment on the corporate app. (They are a franchise store.) That's fine, but she didn't ask for my Starbucks QR code so I didn't get my points.
Furthermore she gave us the wrong scones, which means we were charged a higher price. And our drinks were the weakest Starbucks we've ever had.
They either need to be trained better or this franchise is tarnishing Starbuck's reputation.
If we had discovered these problems in Plaza we would've gone back to ask them to do it right.
Hopefully you have a better customer service experience.

stopped here at this Starbucks on our way home. Staff was awesome and made a point to spell my name correctly! Little things like that make soooooo much difference in the customer service industry. They were really busy and still were curtious. All were super nice and asked me by name if I wanted whip cream on my almond milk drink. They make a great team and they make a point to clean as they go too.
Great apple crisp oat milk shaken espresso. Service could have been better.
