This is a newly opened Starbucks. So you have those who don't know how to do basic things, like loading money on your card. So they berate me for not having a credit card tied to the app. so i can do it myself, and then give excuses and walk away. Please take a sip of your drink before walking away. Mine tasted burnt for some reason. And when they open the drive thru window and it's windy, your going to feel it clear inside the store. We sat in the drive thru waiting to order and there was no sign out saying they were only taking mobile orders. AND THENNN when we sat outside to do a mobile order they decided to start taking drive thru orders and opened their doors. To make things worse the matcha was absolute garbo.
