was traveling through Wyoming. Found this location on my way. I was excited to get my flat white with almond milk. There was plenty of time before closing. (5pm). I noticed that they cleaned up everything already. I left tips for them, but in return, i got essoresso drink with water without foam milk and also half matcha latte in large cup without soy milk. 😅 i will avoid this place at all costs. They don't deserve tips. Unhappy cashier and bartender. Super horrible location of my entire trip. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Although the drinks were okay, I waited for almost an hour to get my drinks. The help was trying to keep up but were extremely overwhelmed and there was no manager around to help. This Starbucks is ran poorly and needs new management. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Asked for warm milk, stated it was for my 3 year old. When they hand it to me I could barely hold the cup it was so hot. I tasted it and it burnt my mouth so bad I got blisters. I also ordered a brown sugar oat milk latte ... It's the only thing I have ordered for years. The person who took my order said there was only a brown sugar shaken espresso she could make hot. And didn't make what I ordered. They rushed us but had no rush when making us wait for our order at the window with a line of cars behind us. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Starbucks was a subpar Starbucks experience due to all the flies. They were crawling over the food in the display case and the employees seemed oddly indifferent about it. That said, my drink met my expectation. My sandwich was a bit askew but tasted good. Parking was easy and it was easy to get to from the freeway. Waited over 5 minutes in the drive through, mainly because the window batista chatted with the driver ahead of me for a very long time. Coffee? Ordered a grande hot dark roast with 3 shots. They didn't have dark roast so I opted for medium. This would have been ok...... but my hot coffee was at the very best luke warm. Do yourself a favor and stop elsewhere. Being an espresso addict and finding my fix at Starbucks for 15 years - I found this to be a great location! I noted 8 young women working, all with nice long hair pulled up. No tattoos, no extra piercings, no symbols of wokeness or confusion. A most pleasant start to my day with genuine smiles and friendly faces. Several on-duty police where enjoying their breakfast and no one seemed disturbed by their presence. I would visit daily if I lived here.
