The absolute worst service the absolute worst staff the absolute worst understanding of general operation of anything that I haven't encountered at a Starbucks thus far. Would not recommend to anybody drive a mile-and-a-half up the street on your right there's a Starbucks inside of Fry's great service UPDATE. go to the one inside Albertsons there the best+

Manager Charissa was extremely rude. There was a mistake made on my order and she made it seem like it was my fault. Not very helpful. I rarely go to this Starbucks, but the one on BULLARD&BELL is my usual. You're better off going to that one in my opinion👍
Not a big fan of this store.Been there multiple times. Every time I ask for extra cream or anything it's an inconvenience. They are by far rudest group of workers with exception of an older lady in the drive threw. For a 8dollar cup of coffee you would expect a little more. For the extra 5 min I would try the other Starbucks on bell by in and out burger.

This is by far the slowest location I have been to. My mobile order is usually cold by the time I arrive to pick it up, particularly if I wait in line at the drive thru, which takes 20-30 min most mornings. I wish they could find a way to move faster.

Your drink will always be made wrong and taste terrible here. If you ask them to please remake the drink for you, you’ll get major attitude in return. Their mobile order system is an absolute wreck. They’ll have customers standing for SEVERAL minutes and won’t acknowledge their presence. Worst Starbucks location EVER.

Ordered 2 grande drinks, a frapp and a latte. Sat for a total of 15 minutes, there weren't many people and most of that time was at the window waiting for drinks. First drink the Frappuccino came out quick but waited a long time for the latte. There was a cup sitting on the counter for most of the time we were sitting then she grabs it and hands it saying that was my drink. So without questioning it I start driving off and halfway down the street I realize they gave me a mocha. I drive back and go in to get my drink and they take the mocha from me and put it right back on the counter to give to whoever actually ordered it. You never ever take back food or drinks after a customer has touched them and if you do it gets thrown away not served to someone else!!

Had the worst experience today 11/24. I live within a mile of this place. Not my first time there but this morning I felt completely disrespected. The level of disregard for me was outrageous. Almost every employee walked right past me as I stood at the counter ready to order. I was not greatet but someone did say one moment but no one ever came to take my order. It was like no one knew what their duties were. I ended up walking out without making a purchase and will not spend a cent here for anything again.

I love coffee ☕️ for sure, but sometimes the blends are off, or someone adds whip cream when I've requested none for years.
My husband has special requests due to lactose /sugar, etc, and it will keep him awake if it's wrong.
Not THIS Starbucks!!! My order is always perfect and the staff friendly!! I like coming here.

I stood in line a while with many employees walking by. The manager was on a tablet at the counter, looked up after a bit, and said that someone would be with me. She spoke (casually) with employees, not once asking someone to help me. Shalimar, Aubrey, and another girl were running around helping all of the customers while many employees were standing in the office carrying on conversations, eating, etc. Kudos to the 3 ladies that made this visit good. Shalimar was trying to get all of the orders to the correct people while Aubrey was the barista, and the other girl was working drive-thru. Shame on the manager for not stepping up and kudos to those 3!

Got my favorite drink iced latte with 3 pumps of caramel and 2 pumps of vanilla and caramel drizzle. So delicious!
