Hospitality and friendliness top notch. I frequent many Starbucks on the daily in AZ and CA. I've never had an employee greet me at a table and offer to refill my coffee until today. Thank you Belle. You are sweet.. thoughtful and can do anything you want with your life.. if you can handle effectively all these coffee drinkers! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I find that I have some good and bad things to say about this location. The positives I can say, are as follows. The staff always seems friendly when I visit. And since I see my doctor next door monthly for the last 2 years. I feel like weather I order a drink, snack or even just water, that it's positive how I am treated. There also seems to be a good variety of food and snacks in the store as well. I have seen that the drive-thru can get busy at times. But I've never seen it reach higher than 6 cars. And they seem to get the line moved rather quickly. But as for my complaints, there are a few. I don't see the staff really do much to keep on top of cleaning the stations as much. I noticed many times the trash cans they use getting very full. And straws or paper on the floor. The glass guard has dust, old coffee beans and syrup residue trapped between it. And I've never seen it cleaned up. I also have noticed that products and shelves tend to have a lot of dust build up on them. As if they never try to wipe it down. In my opinion that can cause allergy issues and just doesn't feel as clean. Especially as someone who has worked retail and customer service over the years. Products being clean and organized is important. And you will see in some of my photos the layers of dust on the products. I also wish they would wipe down the pick up counter for drinks. It is wet and sticky every time I've gotten my beverage. And there will even be large spills that are not cleaned properly. So it still leaves the counter very sticky. The only other thing I'd like to see is the outdoor seating to have better shade. There's only really two tables that have shade. The rest are baking in the sun. And it's not often that they have the umbrellas open to help shade the other sun exposed seating. And the outdoor trash can is usually very full as well. Making it hard to properly dispose of the trash when you are done.

It says iced yet I get hot, not the first time either. I do large orders and have people pick them up so I can’t got through them before I get them. 7/26/22 Another bad experience. Late to work because they tell me they don’t have my order. Then when I show them they print out my stickers for my cups and made it. How did you get my order then? It’s sad this is the closes place to my work. I don’t know if they just don’t care or what.

don’t go here if you have somewhere to be. I ordered 40 minutes in advance and got to the store 20 minutes in advance to my pick up time. i ended up having to leave without my single drink 20 minutes after my allotted pick up time, as did multiple other people. I dont understand why daisy mountain is as bad as here when it comes to loud music you can't even answer a phone call without having to say keep the music down or be on a zoom meeting. At lease be aware of the customers not every one want to blow out there hearing other than that daisy mountain location is always loud the staff is ridiculous playing country song very loud and here is ok. But seriously... anthem location have join them as well smh... You can have fun at work but also awareness.but the in Anthem have good service is just that issue but anyways i will let you all here for yourself. Don’t go here Sunday mornings…. There’s an older woman who works here and is very rude. You can tell the other people working knows she is. She will tell anyone with a dog she won’t give them pup cups she just won’t do it and gives you a dirty look and she messes up with drinks. Last time I went here another employee helped me out because how she is. I go to daisy mountain now on Sundays rest the week I’ll go here because the rest of the employees are great.

This location is great! For the most part, my order is always done to perfection. The baristas are super friendly, especially Sydney. She made my evening last night. We joked around for a minute and held a small conversation as they prepared my drink. She told me the differences in two drinks I was asking about and was able to give me a sample of the other. She was super sweet and nice to talk to. This location is very convenient and I can always count on my coffee drinks being on point!

Slowest coffee place I have ever been at. Waited 13 minutes with no one else waiting inside for a drink and it was wrong. Ordered iced and it was hot. Then once I said it was supposed to be iced the girl behind the counter rolled her eyes and asked if I was sure....yes it says it on the sticker on the cup iced. 🤦‍♀️ Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
