The barista was on top of it today. Everyone’s order was right and tasted delicious!
We stopped by on the drive back home for a little coffee pick me up and was not disappointed!

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Tried to give them a chance bc they were new, now they have been here for almost a year and still can't get it together. It takes forever to get anything you order even if its just a black coffee. When you do order anything else its never right. The staff clearly is unorganized, and has no care in the world that the orders are wrong. Today, I sat in drive thru for waiting for 25 mins with 4 cars in the line on an order I did on the app, just to get to the window and it not even be ready. It's really not worth going anymore that this point especially for the money I'm spending.

Placed a mobile order (my order is a bit complicated so its easier to have it saved in favorites), got to the drive thru AFTER the time it said it would be ready. They would not allow me to pick it up in the drive thru, they said I had to park. I use the drive thru because I have several small children I don't want to get them all out........ and $30 later...
..EVERY SINGLE drink order was WRONG. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

*** Thought I would give them a second shot. Same thing…short handed, long line that wasn’t moving, cranky baristas. I had to leave.
So frustrated. Waited for 20 minutes to order and they were out of everything I wanted to order. I asked the girl if there was caffeine in their chai and she said… I don’t know because we are out and I don’t like it. That wasn’t what I asked. Then we finally found something they had and placed the order. 24 minutes later we had only moved one car. There was 4 cars in front of me. I had to finally leave. So… rude, out of what was on the menu, and slow. I wasted 44 minutes of my life.

I really don't want to give the details of my embarrassing story but l will say that their customer service is top notch! They are so kind and patient. Even the times that I have been when they were out of something, they were apologetic and could give recommendations on similar items. This is honestly the kindest starbucks that I have ever been to.

I placed a mobile order and arrived at the estimated time. They were super busy (Black Friday busy) so the drive thru took a while which is understandable. I made it to the window and was told they were backed up on mobile orders and asked to pull around to mobile pick up. That was at 10:51am. At 11:30 I sent my husband inside to check on the drink. He’s a quiet guy so he went in, reminded them we were still waiting and took a seat. At 11:50 he came to the car empty handed. I went inside and asked for the manager. She immediately came to me.
I told her we’ve been waiting for an hour and I either needed a refund or the drink made right then. She had the barista make our drink right away and also gave me two $4 gift cards which equaled the price of the drink I had been waiting on for an hour. Within maybe 4 minutes the drink was made and the manager and barista offered sincere apologies. While they definitely dropped the ball for me today I do appreciate the sincerity of their apology and the fast remedy once the manager was alerted. It happens.
I’ll be back, everyday as usual lol. My many prior visits have always been great.

We were going to get just some coffee when my dad got his coffee it was cold when he tried to replace it it was also cold.On my side I ordered a small caramel frappe and we waited like about 25 mins for it.They were putting people that came in after us ahead of us.
I would not recommend going back.

We ordered our coffee around 1055am we’ll say and it was supposed to be ready around 1110am but when my boyfriend went inside there was only one drink “ready” so he inquired about it and they said they were making the other drink but they didn’t so he had to ask again and then 15 minutes later we’re leaving with two drinks they don’t taste right at all. Do not go here go home and make your own coffee it’ll be WAY better. What a joke

This location is one of the worst I've ever been to. They are ALWAYS out of something, usually its everything. No frap mix, no fruits, no sauces to make drinks, and in the off chance that they do have what they need, the drinks are never made right. A simple drink, nothing extravagant, (basic caramel frap with an extra shot for example) has been right MAYBE twice in the many times I've been there. Figured "ok, maybe they are still in training" for the first few months but nope. I refuse to try anymore. I can't give 0 stars or I would. Get it together Starbucks in McComb!!
My coffee trashed! They made no effort into it. It was black and plain! An online order with simple ingredients! I always get the same coffee and this place don’t care at all!
