The Starbucks on Township Line Road provides commendable service and a typical Starbucks experience, offering a variety of beverages and snacks in a convenient location. The staff is generally friendly and efficient. However, there are some areas for potential improvement, such as occasional wait times during peak hours or the maintenance of cleanliness. Despite this, the overall service and quality of drinks make it a reliable spot for a quick coffee or a relaxing break.

Starbucks, please train your people better. I went into this store this morning with my husband. Normally, I don't go to this Starbucks anymore because it is more misses than good hits. Anyway, the store is not lit up as it was when it did its re opening a few weeks ago. The lights are ALWAYS off when I am here shopping, so I wasn't sure if they were open. I asked if they were and 2 young women were back ther and I kid you not, I asked 2 more times and one of them with glasses looked at us and then with a attitude said, "what can I get for you". At this point, my husband and I look at each other and said, nothing, nevermind. This is ridiculous. If people don't want to work, then just say so. My suggestion is that you ALWAYS have management at this store. They will act better and your customers will know if the store is open.
I find that this location always closes early rather than being open during actual “hours of operation.” And when they are open, I still feel as if you constantly have to search for someone to help you since the employees are either no where to be found, doing inventory (in the grocery section & therefore have to close) and/or seems that they’ve taken another “break.”
It’s usually hit or miss with service here, but today has been the absolute worst!! The attendant as rude and indignant.
I ordered something that they don’t make at this Starbucks and after the young (and friendly) guy smiled and said he never heard of that (a blonde espresso!!), I adjusted my order. His LOUD obnoxious coworker continued to explain that they don’t have blond espresso … I said “that’s crazy you guys never even heard of it!” I was just making conversation- idc anymore at this point… I’ve already ordered something else.
Ick- she spoke so ghetto and loud- “we don’t make that so why do we need to know what it is?” Omg I moved over to the beer section waiting for my drink and she’s still complaining about it.
LOUDLY!!! Unprofessional and uncomfortable. So aggressive for a coffee order. HAVE A NICE DAY she says sarcastically.
With Panera next door this will 100% be my last stop at this gross Starbucks. I just paid $13 to feel icky
Like most people said it's hit or miss with this place but whoever ran it this morning 6/25 had it together. Great service and coffee!
