Typical Starbucks, but maybe with less merchandise than normal. Ample seating indoors/outdoors. Was not that busy so I got my drinks really fast. I was signed up for a reward when you spend $10 pre-tax, total came to around $11 and I confirmed with barista that it was past $10 pre-tax. He assured me it was and when I looked at my receipt in the app it was in fact not $10 before tax. Not a big deal, just didn’t get my bonus stars. This Starbucks inside Target store in Moorhead is a nice coffee beverage oasis when I go out shopping or errands. I had a pineapple cold fusion drink and a sausage and egg on an English muffin. The breakfast sandwich was hot and it was cooked well. I loved the pineapple drink too. Very fast friendly service. I live this particular Starbucks. It's the one I go to most. I appreciated this new Starbucks because of it being closer to my house that the other locations. At first, I really enjoyed it but this is now the 4th time I have gotten my drink and it’s not filled up all the way. I can understand leaving room for cream if asked or even space for whipped cream but there is a good inch or two being left unfilled and it’s becoming frustrating with how much I spend on coffee here. Please start filling your drinks to their adequate sizes so that I can continue going to my favorite coffee place. :) Service Take out

All the staff was pleasant enough but I walked and and made an order and gave up after 20 minutes because my drink wasn't ready. The lobby wasn't very busy but the staff was assembling multiple delivery or pick up orders and all the walk-in's were left waiting. This is a problem. Customers take cues on how busy a place is by the foot traffic or the drive through line, and we can plan accordingly, but no one wants an unexpected 20 minute delay.

I collect Starbucks Been There Mugs. I have over 30 now for places I have traveled. I have found these mugs are getting harder and harder to find. We often call many Starbucks locations while on our road trips before we get there to see if they have these mugs. Most of the time, they are sold out. Thankfully today, Jackie and Sam came to our rescue when we needed Minnesota. They both went out of the way to check boxes and find the mug for us. They were out and just got some in. Had an encounter with a very rude, passive aggressive employee at the Target Starbucks location. I was looking at the display of cups at the entrance when the stand that holds them wobbled because it was uneven. When I put a single cup back on the edge, the stand tipped one direction and cups spilled down. This girl came over to me and while I was in the middle of apologizing and picking them up and explaining that the stand was uneven and tippy, she said “Don’t put any more back.” She then proceeded to grab the cups on the floor, sigh heavily and then slam them on a nearby table. She ended up dropping one herself on the ground. After this, my sister went over to look at the cups and this employee grabbed one immediately from my sister and put it back. She then grabbed the cup SHE dropped when she brought them to the table and proceeded to announce loudly “THIS CUP IS DAMAGED. IM BRINGING IT TO THE BACK!!!” I have worked in customer service before and things like that happen. I never would approach a customer and try to make them feel like they did something wrong. I assure them that it’s okay and it happens. No worries. But no, this girl was full intent on shaming. Even though I did nothing wrong except put a cup back on a shelf that was uneven and tippy. I am never Coming back to this Starbucks, never met someone so rude and condescending. The other girls working were very nice and understanding. I actually never want to go to any Starbucks again because of this. She needs a lesson in customer service. Service Dine in Service: 1

This Starbucks has the best employees! My boyfriend and I were having car troubles so I went and told the individuals working that our car would be getting towed because it was in the five minute pick up parking spot. They generously offered me a refund on my purchase and asked if there was anything else we would like on them while we waited! Despite our bad luck with our car, I felt lucky that I had the opportunity to meet some of the nicest individuals out there. These individuals are a perfect reminder that there are good people out there! Thank you so much, we will definitely be back! Service Take out

Was just went through the drive through of this location and Sam was the literal greatest! He informed us that our food item was out of stock but followed it up with suggestions that were similar. Gave us recommendations on drinks and over all gave us one of the most pleasant experiences in a drive through I think I've had in decades. Thank you Sam!!
