I wish I could leave more than 5 stars, I love this place! The staff members are always incredibly kind, I understand working a new job that’s also in a new building can be very hard to adjust to so I always appreciate the effort these sweetie pies give regardless of the bad reviews some people have left on here, I hope to see this place thrive and continue to make people happy ❤️
Ps. My weenie dog is a BIG fan of the pup cups!

Not only did I get a joke of a sandwich, as you can see.. but they only had the tomato and mozzarella to choose from and it was only 1p.m.
I’ve never had such a bad experience at any Starbucks in my life.

Have been here twice now and haven't had any issues! Quick through the drive thru and my drinks are always good just as at any other Starbucks!

Brock took my order, I asked fur a strawberry drizzle modification fur my daughter but it was too much for him to handle, so we left. Maybe try stocking proper inventory, and training staff in service. Very disappointing for a simple ask. Well can’t be bothered to make my order, then I can not be bothered to spend my $ at this location. Unfortunately I can give 0 stars for food. As none was able to be obtained due to lack of proper service. Do better.

Placed order yesterday, picked up order one drink was wrong. Went back to get it replaced. Got home. Still the wrong drink. No phone number to call. Went back today. Started to explain what happened and the manager just walked away. Ignored my complaint completely. Staff then proceeded to make the drink, which I paid for wrong again! Not getting off to very good start.

Two cars in the drive thru and no customers in the parking lot or that I could see inside other than employees and they were very very slow. Either employees are slow or they weren’t trained properly. Yukon Starbucks is way better

Now open. Happy to have a Starbucks in El Reno. They're brand new so the drive through gets backed up and it can take a while to get through
