This location makes the BEST drinks & a HUGE shout out to Janella who is the absolute SWEETEST! She always a smile on her face, does an amazing job & is willing to double check their inventory for you.

The lady was super rude, she messed up my drink and then I told her to remake it and she wanted to make me pay again. Extremely unprofessional, will be calling corporate.

Gave this location one last chance and sadly it was like my other tried. This time though a woman that appreaded to be the manager came out. They had an order for 12 drinks. Thankfully the girl behind the counter addressed me so that’s a plus, but I stood there for two minutes( I counted) and waited for a coffee. I just want a black coffee. The staff there will be happy to know that I will not be returning to this location. I don’t think with service like this it will be long for this world anyways.

Baristas were SO KIND and very uplifting on a cold gloomy day. Got to try something new because of them will always be going now. Service Take out Price per person $10–20

Slow service and rude staff most of the time. Most recently ordered a maple pecan frapp through the drive through and told that that drink didn't exist and they didn't know what I was talking about---it's currently featured as a special. There's a picture of it on the menu. I just ordered one the other day. But I'm there idiot. Right. Keep up the good work, Starbucks.

Feel bad for the one girl who made my drink, she was the only girl there trying to serve 5 people. Idk why people are complaining about it being slow, of course its gonna take a bit longer when they're staffed like this. Sweet girl and made my drink right

LAST TIME COMING TO THIS PLACE! I just had the worst experience with KELLY this afternoon. She was acting like she was the owner of the place. I had already a bad experience in this place, with another employee a few months ago. But I didn't want to just post anything because I don't like to give negative feedbacks to any business but this time she really made me feel that I was asking something free when I really know how the business is with Starbucks as I have been their customer for many years and none of the other locations that I've been at have given attitude like this.

Love love love my Starbucks and will always go. But usually go to this one and the team is always hysterical and personable and crack me up in the drive thru. Tend to mobile order and pick up In Drive thru. Some of the Times there I was late or stuck on a call in the lot and forgot I didn't grab it. When they didn't do anything wrong nor there is no need to make anew, they do automatically. Top notch customer service and hysterical wonderful personalities and love their jobs and their clients each day. Make you feel like family. Thanks team Streamwood.

This is a small Starbucks store in the Super Target in Streamwood. I did not have coffee today but there were no lines. The store is located by the produce section. They have standard take out items and gifts for sale. If you need overpriced coffee this is perfect.
