This Starbucks is absolutely marvelous and the folks who work here are very personable as well and we're very helpful to me and my bicycle Journey roaming out of Colorado to the warm weather of New Mexico for the winter . The whole place is very nice it was clean the bathrooms are clean and it's just a basic Pleasant atmosphere in general. And food as in most Starbucks I've been in is always fresh and coffee Pike Place especially brewed for me and that is definitely always a plus as I said these folks and this are Starbucks is absolutely marvelous. Comes highly recommended when you're in the downtown and adjacent areas of Pueblo Colorado. Recommended by Yours Truly Dallas Lee Sanderson. See you all next spring thanks for your hospitality.

I placed an order for a small frappe, large frappe, and spinach wrap. The time was 7:55am 10/18/23. There were 9 employees behind the counter actively working. An employee noticed I was waiting a while and asked my name, but no order for me was ready. The drive thru line, stayed moving the entire time. Everyone in the lobby, including those who came after me, was gone before me. I didn’t get my drinks until after 8:10am. When retrieving my drinks, I asked, “is this normal to have to wait this long” and explained the time frame I’d been there. The employee responded “no we just got really busy.” No apologies. I’ve never experienced a Starbucks that had such little customer service. Very disappointing.

Do not order from this Starbucks through doordash! I've ordered here at least 3 times and I've given them the benefit of the dupont but now it's ridiculous. I ordered a caramel crunch tall with no whip and with a shot of expresso and double blended, it was not double blended so it was watery, now the shot was there but so was the whip making my drink half full for some I spent around $20 for (with something else of course). So I'm very unhappy.

Walked in to order. And there was so many flies flying around. They were on the drinks, cups, syrups and walking all over the counters. I walked right back out. If there is that many flies, than I'm scared to know about my drink. No thank you.

As a customer who lives close and visits frequently, the drive thru is usually pretty long but it's worth it because the drinks/sandwiches are always delicious...5 star.
As a Door Dasher/Uber Eats driver, I just waited 16 minutes in the lobby for an order. Completely unacceptable.

Easy open service area. Small outdoor patio. Not the cleanest Starbucks you'll find and it's not the easiest to get to if your traveling through town but I'm sure if you work or live in the area it's readily accessible.
I’ve been using this location for many years and they usually are great. However, it’s very inconvenient when I place a mobile order and they don’t advise anyone that they close their lobby other than with a sign on the door but no notice online, leaving only a drive thru line that is literally around the block. For me the entire point of the mobile order is to not have to go to the drive-through and I really did not have time to wait. I ended up having to call and get my purchase refunded through Starbucks customer service. I would recommend in the future that if you are going to close your lobby, then you should probably disable the mobile orders to because there really is no point If you’re not gonna have the lobby open, just sayin’….. I get staffing issues happen. I am totally understanding of that but I think that something can be done when you do have to close the lobby to maybe make it easier for people to get mobile orders. It wouldn’t be so bad if your location didn’t have several ways to enter the drive-through. But it becomes a backed up mess into the Walgreens parking lot and into the road next to the store.
